Oh, what a FUN video!! It makes me smile.. laugh out loud- and is the perfect beginning to my morning. It is also making me “think” about the possibilities- those seemingly random events that led me here (to CYRES), and.. the grand hope that perhaps.. just perhaps.. I will be granted a chance to “broaden my horizons” a bit more. Perhaps taking a risk (I treasure my self- imposed solitude!) and be part of a real miracle. You see, each day I wander in here, to partake of the glorious banquet CYRES offers. The sights, sounds, positive energies, hopes, dreams- and ideas.
I watched the latest Paolo Coelho video- and thought about his messages. Several of them struck me as being pretty important. The first one was being able to.. “Look someone in the eyes”- that moment of meeting someone “in the flesh” so to speak. The internet is truly amazing, managing to unite this seemingly huge planet- sometimes condensing it into one “place” where humanity can “be-as-one”. To actually MEET that individual that is “typing away at their keyboard” could be even MORE of a uniting experience.
The second topic that he discussed is that whole dilemma of “copyright”, and “piracy”. SHOULD “stuff” be free?? I guess it depends upon the producer or maker of said “stuff”. What is their intent? Who is their audience? Are they creating something (books, music, images, etc) for the sheer joy of it.. and hopefully can pay their bills? Are they trying to uplift the social consciousness of the universe- to prod people into some form of appropriate, tangible action? Thoughts and ideas have no physical form.. until an individual makes the effort to grasp them and try to weave them into something that is viewable by others. How much is this worth in terms of money? Questions, questions.. I do love them.
There is just so MUCH to view here- and I want to comment on all of it.. but I do not want to appear “greedy”.
I wanted to send an e-mail.. but decided against it. First.. I simply could not find an e-mail address *blush* , but.. I just wanted also to toss my comment out into this universe for all to see! Yep.. “this is ME”. Sometimes a little scared (especially of.. people!), sometimes full of angst with tragic events around this world- but.. somehow I always manage to “fix myself” with the help of beautiful music, books.. and inspiring sights, thoughts and ideas.
So. Quite a long- winded message, sorry for taking up so much “space” here. It is just that I am SO grateful and sincere in my wanting to acknowledge all the wonderful things that help to inspire me.. as a singular “not-really-important” speck of life upon this planet. Often I consciously choose what to add to the banquet, with people in mind. You included. I feel, oooo, this is the possibility of fun and enjoyment for Sue … and this … ooo and this … and we’ll have more of that please, universe, because that makes Sue smile …

I feel the same, Pete. I am utterly joyous to be in the company of such creative and charismatic souls.
Before The Cafe of Dreams existed in physical, in the form it is now, I imagined sitting in My Cafe of Dreams and there were people sat around that are as you are.
I believed in you then.
Cyres Cafe is living proof that beliefs create reality.
Delighted that you enjoy eating here.
And I love when you come over and cook.
Those that are vocal and visible here are cooking up food for thought and consciousness and also feeding those who feel lonely, unloved, disconnected, ’strange’, …
Abundance all round. Plenty in the pantry. Possibilites are infinite.
