So this morning I wrote out what Cris says on the video.

Hi everyone and welcome.
I’m Cris Van Cleemput, Creator of Cyres Café, The Café of Dreams, and author of ‘The Taker’.
Ever since I was cafe-table height, I’ve been fascinated by people who are able to achieve much success … People who enjoy life … People who have a natural magnetism, a charisma.
As a child, I felt there was much potential in me, potential that I could see in everyone. I had big dreams. One of them was to become a fighter pilot … speed is still my middle name!!!
I soon discovered that my friends also had big dreams. But, for most of them, the pressure of their environment, their education, and certain events in their life, squashed most of their dreams.
Sometimes I felt sad and angry at the status quo. I didn’t understand why so much young potential was never being realised. Stubborn as I am, I determined to find ways to realize my dreams, and to inspire others to fully realise their potential also.
I feel passion to find new and different ways, alternative routes, to unlock the vast potential that is within each and everyone of us.
After years of seeking and finding answers, after a career as a civil engineer, a professor, a people manager, and a head hunter, to experience more of my dreams I created my own company, Cyres.
Cyres stands for Create Your Reality Experience Self.
Cyres, the training and coaching company, exists, and expands, to unlock people’s potential.
Soon I was at the top of my field, corporate environments. I became the coach and trainer to very successful Managers and CEOs of multi-nationals.
I’m successful in a tough environment, working with super-achievers that demand top results.
Personal talks with these successful people gave me a unique insight on how they work differently from most. Also, how they’re able to keep their dreams, and vision, alive and expanding.
I discovered a mindset that most of them share, and identified that using these aspects in cummulative ways, can make you even more successful. I understood that this ‘manifesto’ could be applied to everybody, no matter what their circumstances are now.
Years of research and refining, resulted in a clear crystalised mindset. I’ve been teaching it in my workshops and one-to-one coaching. More and more asked me to write out the process. This eagerness and encouragement inspired me to write a book. I’m very proud of it.
Thought provokingly it’s called ‘The Taker’. Well, I wanted something to wake people up!!! I wanted to reflect its revolutionary nature.
Redefining, and re-imagining, the meaning of the word, ‘Taker’, it’s about putting the oxygen mask on yourself first, so that you are better able to contribute to your own and other‘s well-being. Giving to yourself first, so that you have more to give. It’s a new interpretation of the word ’Taker’. Tuning you to the vibration of Who You Really Are.
The Taker Mindset, as I teach to people in my workshops, is, in my own adaptation of it, a primary reason I’m experiencing dream fulfillment. I’ve been able to build, from scratch, in only 3 years, a concept called Cyres. Including the Central Component, Cyres Café. The Cafe of Dreams is a completely new and innovative way of experiencing self development. It’s all about creativity and a Create Your Reality Experience Self life-style. It’s a top class project that I’ve been able to self-finance, to the tune of 1.5 million dollars, due to the success of The Taker mindset. The first mega-Cafe opens in Antwerp, in January 2008.
