Dear Magnificent Creator,
Hello, hoping you’re exploring your purpose and individuality.
Seeing, remembering, who you really are.
I trust you are enjoying this now and anticipating great ones to come.
Are you tasting obvious conscious awareness of your personal power yet?
I’m sure you have a bright idea ‘hidden’ somewhere that you just can’t wait to test out.
Now imagine if you believed that. You would attract to you all manner of bright ideas.
Brilliant ideas are bobbing around this blue planet, eager to be attracted to their match. Will you be the magnet to such magnificent, beautiful, bright ideas?
Will you go to bed and expect to wake up with an idea worth a million dollars, or more?! A life transforming idea? An idea that will change the world? An idea that will help you to feel better?
So what motivates you to churn those creative, or even inspiring juices, to its utmost flavor?
The butter it gets, the butter it gets!
Taste the life you imagine.
Intend to set up goals where you can accomplish the most in record time. A positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, and more enjoyable. Like being an ‘Easy’ button, per the one I got from Staples which says, “That Was Easy”! And I say, let’s create a ‘Fun’ button, “That Was Fun”!
Having even a bit of positive thinking can help you realize things that others have never thought possible. Thinking big can inspire you to bigger feel-good emotions, which attracts to you your bigger dreams.
Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap … though valuable (if you want something, talk about it!). Inspired action / Right action for you = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void.
Dreams are made when you start by tinkering with your mind, then with your hands. And if the idea weakens, you can always go back to it later until you finish it, if it matters to you.
Go to your frontal lobe, that part of your brain just behind your forehead. There, mentally rehearse, with feeling, what you want. All of your life is in this now. Do it, until you truly FEEL it ‘as if’. Now is where all of your feeling is. Feel what you want, as if you are living the experience now, and then carry on with your life, in the next now and the next now and the next now, as if. Letting go of the asking asking asking for it, needing needing needing it, wondering where is it, where is it, where is it, remember, you are now living it as if it is done, delivered, here, now … so be it.
Your future is full of the stuff that feels like now … so feel well!
Remember, you are a magnet, a magnificent magnet.
Are you in love with your life? Commit to yourself to create powerfully a life you can love. Imagine, a life that you are in love with, a life that you feel in your heart. Instead of reacting, commit to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear. The Dream will always be there, but a dream will still be a dream without motion. Be expecting more and better as the transformation begins. It is normal, expected, that your life gets better and better.
Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every moment you hit on something that may appear too extreme, why not give it a shot. Doing something new every day helps to evolve your brain. You will be surprised to see that there are other ways to get the activity done in time. If you’re not pleased with the outcome, decide to use that moment to learn from and make the appropriate shift.
Dwell completely in a place of appreciation. Learn to utilize what you have in your hands and make use of it in the most constructive way. Slipping into neediness will become less of a habit when you repeatedly shift towards appreciation, and away from poverty/lack/limitation consciousness.
Use a Passion Formula of Recognize / Re-imagine / Restore in place of the Shoulda / Woulda / Coulda whirlwind. The former is based in increased knowledge and abundance, optimism and positive expectation, while the latter focuses on scarcity and lack. There is no lack or limitation in this universe … unless you believe in lack and limitation … unless you perceive it as real.
As you face people or tasks that may seem harder than scaling the summit of Everest, allow yourself to realize that the action is another opportunity to be richly passionate!
Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself as much as you choose it. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! Be, light-hearted. Life has so much more to offer than to allow yourself to mope around in self pity, being smaller than you really are. Humor is very attractive, very passionate, life-giving. Laugh more. Smile more. Giggle more. Be silly more. Play more.
Believe that you are the architect of your destiny. No one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Create your life authentically. As long as there’s breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in a lifetime. The concept of thinking big is all about enjoying your life, which can lead to celebrating a discovery that is born within your hands. Watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision.
Do you want to be a dim bulb in a dark corner? Or do you want to shine? Like a star. The star in your own movie, shining light out to every corner of the world, so that all may be inspired to shine their own light. A brighter future for all is what we are all worthy of.
Be rich in your feelings and thinking and allow all of life to reflect that back at you.
We are sooo hardheaded, lol, … life is easier than we imagine! To focus on what we know is best for us, we have to repeat thoughts and form good habits / beliefs that serve us. It takes focus, repeated focus.
Do you have any bad habits? I don’t just mean things that we perceive as bad, like smoking, drink, or drugs. I’m also talking about bad habits that compromise your career, business, and personal lives. Habits like, procrastination, never completing a project, fear of failure, fear of success, over-analysing, and so on.
Almost 90% of what we do every day is habitual. We wake up, get out of bed, get dressed, eat breakfast, drive to work, and so on throughout the day, until we get back into bed at night. More importantly, most is done subconsciously, without us even thinking about them. Of the thousands of different thoughts we have each day, all but a small percentage of them are automatic.
Let me give you some examples of how our subconscious mind controls our habits and automatic responses.
Have you ever driven somewhere and when you arrive you realize you can’t really remember the journey? The reason is that once we’ve got past the learner stage (when we need to think about our driving), most of us drive almost on autopilot (no pun intended). Our subconscious mind takes over and we enter into a semi-hypnotic state as we drive along automatically keeping the car safely on the road.
When we’re sitting in the passenger seat and the car in front slams on the brakes, what do we do? Many of us, by habit, press our right foot down on the carpet below as though there were an invisible brake. This is our subconscious mind at work because our conscious (logical and reasoning) mind knows that it is ridiculous to try to stop the car by pressing our foot into the carpet!
Let’s look at the habit of smoking. We all know smoking is bad for one’s health. Everyone who smokes knows this. Perfectly intelligent, sensible people. Therefore if it were our conscious mind which controlled our habits, the logical and reasonable action to take would be to stop smoking. Everyone who wanted to stop would do so, because they could simply take the reasonable action as dictated by the conscious mind. However as we all know, it is not that simple.
Let’s look at phobias, which are another habit. Someone who is afraid of spiders, habitually gets scared and runs away the second they see a little 8 legged ‘beastie’ crawling across the floor. Now if you were to explain to them that a spider poses no threat whatsoever and that the chances of it harming them are nil, they would agree. They would quite reasonably say, “I know I am stupid to be scared, I know they can’t harm me”. This is the conscious mind talking. Now show this same person a close-up photo of a spider and they scream, cover their eyes and run away!
The challenge for us is that our habits, good or bad, determine our future, therefore bad habits can have seriously negative consequences for that future. The other challenge is that these negative consequences can take a very long time to appear, therefore the need to change a bad habit might not immediately be apparent. For example, do you think anyone would take hard drugs if they knew for certain the first pill or injection would kill them? However it doesn’t work like that, therefore as the consequences don’t show up straight away there seems little need to stop the bad habit … until it is too late!
More next week … stay tuned for what to do about it.
Between now and then, be good to yourself … be Future Friendly with Yourself … and if you want to continue on the Dallas journey with me, episode eight is below!
With Deep Appreciation,
Cris

Dallas - Dr Joe Dispenza in Conversation - episode 8
Thursday June 14th a.m.
7:30 a.m. Bruce came to pick me up from the ZaZa Hotel, to go to the breakfast event with Dr Joe. I was thrilled to see him again.
From 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. a unique event was planned; an intimate group of 30 was invited for breakfast and discussion with Dr Joe … plus an amazing view of the Metroplex from the 22nd floor of Williams Square Tower. Seriously Cool.
Bruce and I went to Dr Joe’s hotel to pick him up and then, together with our friend Stephen, we set a course for the Tower and transformational talk.
As I experienced the joy in the journey, I felt, I love Dallas. I am so appreciating being here now.
Stephen had a fabulous magazine with him, about a private island, where you can rent a mansion for one or more weeks. These are fantasy houses, dream houses, built by people who just wanted to create their dream house. Imagine! Every house has its own theme: Japanese style, British, Arabian, … use your imagination and you will find your dream house there. Hey, go in, have a look around, feel what it is to own it! A lot of wealthy people stay there, for example David Bowie. Recalling it now, I am again feeling the potential that we all have and how far we can go when you have the passion to go for your dream life. Whatever life you want to live in, you can have it. And the house you always live in, is you, so check out the writing on your walls!
After laughter, fun and jokes about the sensational houses, we arrived at the Tower with the incredible view over a wonderful part of Dallas.
Stephen told me some of the story of the area, and that a successful entrepreneur had developed the area with a beautiful vision of all sorts of water canals, so that people could take water taxis and avoid road traffic. Venice in Dallas!
Nowadays it’s an area where some of the most successful CEOs on the planet live and work. Parts of the area are so well guarded that there’s a satellite moving in an orbit around the planet that has one purpose: to detect, and warn its inhabitants, if any intruder comes near. Not even a rabbit would make it through the gates! Funny world, isn’t it!
We arrived at the 22nd floor-with-The-View, where we were warmly greeted by the people who had come to enjoy breakfast and thought stimulating conversation. It was wonderful to be welcomed with so many wide smiles. Donna greeted us because she had done much of the preparation for this (D-lightful!).
After initial greetings, we sat down for breakfast. I enjoyed talking with my neighbor, a puppeteer. He shared with me that being a puppeteer has always been his dream and that it had taken him quite some effort to go against his environment and become a puppeteer. He told me that he’s very successful in his job, and what is more, he loves it! I could see him radiate as we talked! WOW!
I looked around the room, everyone was deep in conversation. Felt such a buzz!
Then Dr Joe assembled everyone around him and invited all to ask questions. In this private setting, intimate, up close, more personal questions came alive, including probing into more personal experiences in relation to how we create our reality experience. One guy talked about how he can create the feeling of bliss, deliberately.
Dr Joe explained, the way to create is to focus on what you want, put the image in your brain’s frontal lobe, and become one with it, focus on it with glitter. Glitter meaning that you want the experience, that you desire it, that you become it. And at a certain moment you need to know that the desire is just the fuel to get there. As long as you still have the desire, you will not become one with it. That is why most, after trying very hard, let go, and then they experience what they’ve always wanted. This is the duality in creation.
Other questions popped up and before we knew it, it was close to 10:30 a.m. Yes, time flies in good company! It was great Fun.
After our gorgeous guests had departed, we still had about half an hour with Dr Joe, so I asked advice about The Dream Room that will be in all Cyres Cafes, and about how to integrate neurofeedback and biofeedback in The Cafe Experience. It was a very cosy chat with all of us together, including Dr Joe’s Wife. I felt bliss.
Then Dr Joe and his Wife left, flying off to Miami for the next lecture in his busy schedule.
Still deeply appreciating the warmth of the cosy conversation we were in, we then left for the hotel again, where I was dropped off, to prepare myself for the next meetings they were scheduling for me during my week in Texas. They were determined that I meet as many interesting people as possible who could add to the Cyres Cafe Project! I didn’t know at that point that I would have another mindblowing experience later that day …

Your article is Magnificent, it is so nice to see a lot of love that you put into it.
The emotion that is in your deliverer, is very passionate, postive and constructive.
The way you utilize all the experience that you have gained though out your time on earth is inspiring.
We are the one to make or change the things that hold us back, we can and will deliver no one can do it for you.
The saying I cannot sets me back two steps, believeing in yourself you can accomplish anything with just will; you can move a rooted tree.
The mind is very stong, a weak mind is only because someone told you that you have a weak mind, hold your ground and walk away thier weakness is not yours, do not own it.
Show your colors and become the rainbowl imagine a new destiny and make it real for it is, your destiny.
The main ingredients in accomplishing any thing is believeing, trust and loving yourself then there is awareness (awaking) realizing your potential.
