Here to remind you of who you really are.

Back in Belgium again. Arrived just after midday on Monday. 24 hours later than expected, because a flight from Austin to Dallas was late, so I missed my connecting flight from Dallas to Brussels.

I went to Texas to launch The Cyres Lecture Series in Dallas and to expand the creation of Cyres Cafe Dallas. I expected more and I’m happy to report that more happened!

Arriving back in Antwerp, I went straight to work, so a new friend in Texas, Darlene, wrote this for you, prior to me giving you my own update when I can create time later this week:

‘I enjoyed the most beautiful week and feel delighted to share it with The Subscribers of Cyres Digest.

Cris was introduced to me via phone, by his business partner, Jane McCarthy, who I’d met over a year ago when she was in Dallas.

Wednesday night, June 13th, my husband Tom and I went to the Unity Church of Dallas to meet Cris and celebrate the launch of The Cyres Lecture Series. Plus, to listen to Dr. Joe Dispenza, who I’d seen in the movie ‘What the Bleep Do We Know!?’

The introduction that Cris gave was stunning.

Dr. Joe’s presentation was on the subject of his new book ‘Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind.’ Joe Dispenza is entertaining, thought-provoking and informative. He gave me a deeper understanding of ‘What The Bleep,’ of how the brain works, and that thoughts matter and thoughts become matter.

It was a wonderful event. Magnificent and memorable.

Dr. Joe and Cris have the same Mission, to raise consciousness. They are doing this by showing how our consciousness creates reality and how to consciously and thoughtfully create our best future.

During the break, Tom and I had another opportunity to have time with Cris. He showed us the layouts, pictures, and architectural design of Cyres Cafe Antwerp. That Cafe has four levels. The first floor is The Cafe (like no Cafe I’ve ever seen!). The second floor is The Dream Room, a magical room with leading edge technology, where dreams are created and expanded. The third floor is a theater, where movies that inspire and uplift will be shown. The fourth floor is individual coaching rooms. The Cafe of Dreams opens in October. Many beautiful surprises await us!

Jane had asked me to show Cris around, so on Friday morning I drove to Hotel ZaZa in uptown Dallas. I deliberately arrived twenty minutes early, so that I could savor the beauty of the building. The hotel style is elegant, eclectic, European, with a 40s-movie style, reminding me of Greta Garbo and Clark Gable movies. I expected a legendary movie star to appear at any moment. Within the French styled exterior, there’s also an upbeat contemporary theme, with relaxing music piped throughout the hotel’s red and black interior design.

I was elated in anticipation of my day with Cris!

He appeared in the lobby at 8 a.m. as we had arranged. We began our tour of the Dallas-Fort Worth area by driving to Fort Worth, my home town. I felt excited to show the places I know and love.

Fort Worth and Dallas are different, in that Dallas is quite metropolitan and Fort Worth is more laid back relaxed, a big city with a small town feel and wonderful hospitality.

Our first stop was at Christ Truth League, a small chapel hidden in the trees, on an out-of-the-way street, in the Meadowbrook area of Fort Worth. We stopped there because Jane had enjoyed the painting by Glenda Green ‘The Lamb and The Lion’ and wanted Cris to have the technicolor experience. It’s an incredibly beautiful painting of Christ holding a lamb. Cris and I sat in the silence, observing the painting and feeling the peace in the stillness of the chapel.

Our next stop was at my home in Mansfield, where we talked about life coaching.

Then we went for a drive in downtown Fort Worth and onto North Side by Billy Bob’s and to the Trinity River where I have my ‘church’ in the park on Sunday mornings.

All the way on the tour, Cris shared his story with me, including his study of personal development and human potentiality. Cris is a kind and gentle spirit, an excellent coach, who taught me more in a few hours than most people learn in a lifetime (and I have been to many seminars and trainings). I am so grateful for the growth experience with Cris.

After the park, we met Tom at the Kimbell Art Museum. We delighted in a delicious lunch and stimulating conversation. Like-minded people, creating wonderful, fun conversations. I talked about anything and everything and time stood still and flew at the same time! Then I drove Cris back to the ZaZa for 2 p.m., when he had a meeting.

I am so appreciating the opportunity to have met Cris personally, to know his heart and to see the importance of what Cyres Cafe will do for mankind. There is so much more to all of this than a Cafe with Community. This is a Hot Cafe with a Big Heart. Full of Character and really Cool stuff. This is a Cafe with the tools in place to assist everyone to dream their wildest dream, with full assurance that it will come true.’

Thank You, Darlene!

As soon as possible, I’ll write my account in the Newsletter and the blog, sharing with you the happenings of each day.

Until then … have Fun. There are many roads to home, appreciate your JOurneY.

Breathe Appreciation. Live Appreciation. Think Appreciation. Feel Appreciation. Vibrate Appreciation.
