I appreciate Paulo Coelho’s creativity and daring in all dimensions.
Yesterday in a state of high-excitement, I watched this:
and read this, Experimental Witch Subscription Page.
The Experimental Witch. What a wonderful WOW-project.
Now that is thinking outside of the box.
Reading the Experiment text, a filmmaker/writer/director friend’s name came to mind, and, ‘The Alchemist’ came into my mind, so I wrote to my film friend, with encouragement, the link, and deliberately called the Subject:
‘movie making alchemy’
His reply included:
‘You ARE a mind reader, aren’t you? I just finished his book, The Alchemist, last week. Thanks for the site, I am interested and will check it out!’
Fun, huh! Magical (if you believe in magic).
(He emphasises ARE because we’ve had other experiences like this!)
Then he wrote:
‘I just finished the final edit of my horror film and now setting up a week on-line session at Zoetrope (Francis Ford Coppolla’s company). Hopefully it’ll be sold and in video stores in Jan-Feb or so.
One of the leads in my horror film actually played a lead in a play of The Alchemist.’
The universe is lined up to play!
And play is priority at The Cafe!
Aaahhh the alchemy of Heroes and Stories experienced at The Cafe of Dreams.
I wrote a Thank You letter to Paulo Coelho, to share my appreciation and this little story. My heart also added that as each Cyres Cafe includes a movie theatre experience, I’m envisioning myself talking with him / his distributor about the possibilities of showing the movie in Cyres Cafes. Imagine!
To my sheer delight and elation, I received a beautiful reply from Paulo this morning.
