At the end of the forty days of deluge, Noah came out of the ark. في نهاية الاربعين يوما للطوفان نوح خرج من السفينة. He was filled with hope, but all he found outside was death and destruction. وقال انه مفعم بالامل ، ولكنه أضاف ان كل ما هو خارج نطاق الموت والدمار.
Noah protested: واحتج نوح :
“Almighty God, if You knew the future, why did You create man? "بالله العظيم ، اذا كنت تعرف المستقبل ، لماذا خلق الرجل؟ Just for the pleasure of punishing him?” لمجرد المتعه من معاقبته؟ "
A triple perfume rose up into the sky: incense, the perfume of Noah’s tears, and the aroma of his actions. ثلاثي العطور صعدت الى السماء : البخور ، والعطور نوح للدموع ، والعبير من افعاله. Then God replied: ثم اجاب الله :
“The prayers of a just man are always heard. "الصلاة من رجل عادل واستمع دائما. I will tell you why I did this: so that you will understand your work. سأقول لكم لماذا فعلت هذا : حتى يتسنى لك فهم عملكم. You and your descendents will always be rebuilding a world which came from nothing - and in this way we share the work and the consequences. سلالة بك وستكون دائما في اعادة بناء العالم الذي أتى من لا شيء -- وبهذه الطريقة ونحن نشارك في العمل والنتائج. Now we are all responsible.” الآن نحن جميعا مسؤولون عنها. "
