Opus Extra Says:

WOW! I was able to come back for the last day. we finished really really late last ngiht but it was worth it. To begin I kind of got found out. I didn’t know that doug and his team read this blog regularly, and this is the only place I have written. But at lunch yesterday they mentioned that they saw someone (me) was writing about the film online. They weren’t upset. actually he said that he was flattered. How funny. I really didn’t think that they were paying that close attention to what is going on online. Anyways, here’s my report. Yesterday we were on a big ship again, dressed in old costumes from the 1900’s. doug’s son Jared was there again. He looks so cute. And wow, that kid can act. And he looks so much like his dad. I really don’t much about the scenes except that jared (doug’s son) looks like he lost something on the ship and is looking for it. It was really fun to be involved in this film. and now that I know doug and his team read this: I want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. This was the best movie set I have ever been on and it was an absolute pleasure to be involved. it’s always sad to leave a “movie family” once the film is finished, but I have to admit it was especially hard on this one. I certianly hope already there will be an Opus 2. This was nothing short of magical. and if the film is even a fraction as powerful as what we experienced on the set this will be an incredible movie that will touch hearts and change peoples lives. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I wish Doug Vermeren the greatest success with this film and I will be first in line to come see The Opus.
THANK YOU for sharing! Joy is the point and for sure you’ve added to that here. We’re really hoping that you’ll continue to share this Opus Odyssey you’re on. We’ve enjoyed reading Episodes I, II, and III. You gifted us an amazing peak around the door at what’s to come. Your adventures are greatly adding to the story.
