‘Come clean’, you have nothing to fear.
When you have a new perspective, don’t make the previous perspective(s) wrong. That was then, this is now, it’s awareness and growth, you can’t get it wrong. There are no bad choices, only new choices. Give yourself, and others, the benefit of the doubt. The benefit is the opportunity to remove the doubt.
Have you been practicing the simple “STOP!” technique? Saying to yourself “STOP!” when you are aware that you’re thinking about what you don’t want in your experience, or the lack of what you do want.
The universe loves a vacuum! So when you clean up the negative, you have room for the universe to fill it with what you do want.
Step by step with Conscious Cleaning …
Send out the signal of what you want to attract back!
In other words, think and talk only of what you want and love. With feeling.
Energy flows where focus goes.
Take the pleasure in the envisioning. Bask in the deliciousness of it.
You’re on your way.
Enjoy the journey.

I love your site. I especially enjoyed - Mind Hygiene ~ Ready to Spring Clean? -
What I really enjoyed is the easy, practical steps. The process is explained perfectly, which helps to make implementation, effortless.
I hope you don’t mind…I linked to your blog from mine. Let me know if this is a problem. Aloha from Hawaii.

Aloha Jake
Thank you for visiting. You are welcome. Mahalo.
Appreciating your wonderful comments, and it is an honour to be mentioned on your site and to be linked with you.
Thank you Jake for creating smiles.
I really enjoy practical steps too, as do many who visit The Café, and it is my intention to include more and more of them here. So that we may walk our talk with ease and elegance.
No problems here at The Cafe, only preferences
That’s why we have a menu!
I have visited Maui and adored it. Hawaii is one of the points of focus on my map of places to plant a Cyres Café. Would you join us here in holding the space for that? We would appreciate your flow of energy to that focus.
Hoping to see you again soon!
I wish you paradise.
And again, inspired by you, I would love to say, “Aloha”.
