Do you have an appetite for discontent?
Discontent is a dish that many choose to dine on. It won’t get you the dessert you desire.
As you become aware that you are thinking / feeling ‘discontent’, say to yourself, “STOP”.
Then turn to a thought / feeling of appreciation. Find something to appreciate. Choose something that you want to experience more of.
Rather than attracting a further experience of discontent, you will begin to attract more and more to appreciate.
Isn’t it time you traveled, beginning with your thoughts and feelings, in the direction of what you desire? In the direction of your most delicious desserts that will delight you.
