Is your anti-self out there to get you? Is it at war with you? Is it partially already annihilating you? If you discover that you are not fully allowing yourself to be the true you, then it is most likely the case. Stephen Hawking in his book “A brief history of time”, gives the fantastic counsel to not shake hands if you ever meet your anti-self because it could annihilate you. The truth is, all thought that goes against your own self-worth, all ideas that you carry around for too long that limit you in your achievements, all reasonings that hold some of this anti-self in its essence are the beginnings of such self-annihilation of what otherwise would manifest in an unstoppable process of constant expansion and unlimited creation. READ ON to find out more about how you can annihilate your “anti-self”.
Annihilation….Doesn’t the term ring with bloodshed, terror, and destruction? Doesn’t it remind you of bad news, genocide, and devastation? Is it not a word that carries an amazing depth of history? Lost over time because of the complete and utter destruction of entire cultures, nothing left that could have served to teach about what now remains mere historical artifacts or legend, the word still rings with myth and traces across a territory the notion that there has been so much that we would like to know. In some cases, there might not even be verifiable proof of an entire civilization having ever existed (Atlantis) or event really having taken place (the Exodus via the Parting of the Red Sea). So why is the title “Happy Annihilation”? READ on as the article will let you in on this secret.
Looking over the brief history of your own young life time, are you busy looking back to unpleasant events? The way you used to live? Are you perhaps even looking to past successes, no longer hearing the cheers because of past failures, an accident, a loss, a missed chance? Are you left deprived of a happy NOW because of a muddy yesterday? Do you keep going to revisit an old feeling of shame, worthlessness, guilt, fear, jealousy, anger because of an event you lived, words that were said, experiences that you could have (or not) prevented or make happen? Are you the archaeologist of your own past who calls to mind the many stone tablets on which you had noted things you hate? Well, there is good news. Today you have a choice to look to your future and take active part in constructing it the way you like it to be. But seriously, does it help to look back how things were NOT done and to wrongly reconstruct the past and make it a foundation of things to come? I beg to differ.
Would you want to base your findings on uncertain tales or undocumented shreds and shards of moments that might have happened but there is a high probability that even the symbols hewn in the stone tablets of your mind are out-dated and today no longer constructive to pass through to the future, letting them stand the test of accuracy and effectiveness in a re-evaluation of truth and the re-examination of content when reviewed? Hardly so.
Time and time again there are contradictions of events told by one person and another. Often you feel like “were they both at the same event?” because their focus zoomed in on totally different aspects of the same scenes, like in the optical illusion of the young and the old woman, where you could see the necklace of the young woman as the mouth of the old, and vice versa. Our lives are full of such ongoing instances which so much depend on our perception, interpretation, and the subjectivity of the day’s condition, so that these gaps (even if we have a very reliable memory they are like cavities in our teeth) leave lots of space for interpretation.
So, what are you busy doing? Are you constructing your anti-self that bit by bit annihilates you because you’re not getting any further than the tip of your nose? Is it that you still see the “little child” in you that never grew up because something inside told him “stay small, then nobody will come and ask you to take responsibility”? Is it that you look back because you believe that there are signs in the past that you failed to interpret correctly and that have now cast a spell on you and you cannot advance until you have learned to master this experience and move on? Is this perhaps just another “good counsel” of the “anti-self” because it hates for you to move on and grow and make the future your success because it is selfish enough to keep you down and this perhaps because you’re too often looking at old images just to find that old feeling, that memory, that missing piece that you don’t know exactly what it is but you think it will be the key to who you are today…I have news for you. You are being in search of your anti-self and as soon as it gets to grab you, you’re history…BECAUSE it will not let you go. It will haunt you and this for you to keep digging into the dark and dusty caves of this partial knowledge about who you were in the past rather than letting you experience the wonders of you and of who you are TODAY.
Who told you that the deeper things are to be found in ancient times? Can you be sure that you can add one quantum of quality to your life today if you think about what might have happened if ….(or not) because you have done ….(or have not done) and you think today what they (whoever they are, don’t believe them) say could be true. All those blurry events in the past - TODAY – and I’m certain of this, today they do NOT contribute one quantum to how good you feel TODAY nor to what a wonderfully bright future you will have.
Honestly now, even the most diligent searcher of the past misses one or the other detail critical to give the complete picture. It is not helping you in your quest for manifesting your true desires if you keep yourself busy with things long past about who you were then (yesterday) and if you’re not completely living in the moment, today and NOW!!! You DO want to create more of the self you are TODAY and you cannot do so by looking to the self you were back then. Even if you were the archaeologist that digs up stones and bones of dinosaurs, you would know that these are long extinct (as in the case of a past love-life of yourself or the partner you’re now establishing a new relationship with).
Remind yourself of what your goals are, daily. Keep in mind where do you want to be. Who DO you want to be TODAY? To manifest the happy and fulfilled you, you cannot look to incomplete images of who you used to be or revisit moments of distress, anger, frustration, humiliation, jealousy, through which you – undoubtedly – had to pass to be the you you are today but who will not add half a quantum of who you want to be in the future. Transform all the “could-have-beens”, every regret, each lost opportunity, into the essential building blocks that constructed your today. And if you DO look back, look back with pride: because who you are today is so much stronger than who you were before.
Create the strongest version of you today. Successfully annihilate all limiting thoughts which get the “anti-self label”, i.e., depressing memories, incomplete images of yourself, thoughts that keep beating yourself up over little or even big things. Create an anchor that keeps you in today, and stops you from slipping back into the past. This will help you in the process of manifestation of realities although not yet beheld. These realities are what you have intended for yourself. These are the true essence of what constructs your future and this you have to feel with full confidence today. Feel as if you are already living it today, as you already are in the immaterial (or, in other words, on the vibrational level of feelings) and be complete and utterly happy, enjoy the abundance, your wealth, and bliss to the extreme level of fulfillment.
Whatever judgments you have of yourself, whatever twisted views you hold, rid yourself of them NOW. These too get the “anti-self label”. It is something you can learn to master and it is a healthy habit to continually keep on the watch for the “anti-self” which has a habit of sneaking up on you when you’re feeling a bit low. Show yourself ready to make a counter-attack and annihilate. It’s in the way you think that you feel and that you create your future. If your thoughts today are anything less than sparkling bright, rethink. Use the sponge that whips away this awareness of “I won’t ever …” or “I can’t” and replace it with “I am” and “I’ll always be able to…” or “I can succeed every time”. All you need imagine is your mind like a blackboard and your thoughts what you wrote on it in chalk. Believe yourself because if you’re telling yourself anything else, it is the “anti-self” that took a hold of you and tries to annihilate your true self. Don’t let that happen.
You have a choice to be one, or the other. You cannot be both at the same time or you remain stagnant in your development or eliminate yourself. All it takes is a clear idea of who you really want to be. Once that’s decided you can be sure that much of the rest will fall into place. Practice the process of “annihilation” on each limiting thought, the very minute you feel them come up. This is the daily mental hygiene process you need to practice as if it was sticky green stuff you would grow on your teeth. Whip it off your mind. Sweep it off the shelves in your mental library of thoughts and memories and live the true self that starts with the affirmation that you are truly worthy or all the amazing wealth and abundance this life has to offer. Search and destroy the “anti-self”, it is for your great relief and at your own command, you can now start generating thoughts that will allow you to fully reach your potential.
You are your strongest self. You are free from ghosts of the past. You now have successfully “annihilated” all there was, and never will be again, what you are now is the vibrant and shining self you truly are. Hold this thought. Feel it deeply. Embrace it with the acceptance that it is true and seal it with your tear of joy in the realization that in this lies the secret of creation. Annihilate your anti-self, and accept it as a liberating process. Think about the cost you already incurred for not having reached your full potential. Think about all the false beliefs that have kept holding you back and this for such a long time…make it a matter of urgency today. Any matter that meets its corresponding antiparticle in an annihilating collision, what is happening in fact is a liberating of energy. So, every limiting thought transformed into an enabling one will activate that force.
You’ll be the survivor who will be telling the tale of the anti-self that tried to destroy you and how you have won this war between self and anti-self. Stop being your own worst enemy.
Your life coach wishes you “happy annihilation”.
Live long, and prosper!!!
