i don’t know if i question - for after all they are what they are - but perhaps watch and acknowledge them, and sometimes i make a conscious decision to do something with them……………

Thanks, Dennette.
I am fascinated by the variety of ways there are to experience our brain / our mind.
I love to love what is.
Thank you for being here and expanding my thoughts about thoughts
Have been watching Byron Katie videos and exercising my inquiring mind.
Intend to guide my thoughts more and choose better feeling thoughts more.
And then there are the moments when I prefer, and choose, not to think

I AM…I’VE BEEN LEARNING AND APPLYING THE PRINCIPLES OF THE BATTLEFIELD OF THE MIND…I AM MORE COUNCIOUS IN WHAT I FEED MY BRAIN WITH AND WHAT I LET MY SELF THINK ABOUT, I AM PRACTICING DAILY AFFIRMATIONS, LIKE SCRIPTURES FROM THE BIBLE, POSITIVE THOUGHTS ANS SO FORTH…SO I CAN SAY YES, I AM MAKING NY THOUGHTS WORK FOR ME.
THANK YOU FOR ASKING!
:p

Not thinking can be more beneficial than thinking, depending on your thoughts, because not thinking is a state of no resistance, put another way, a state of allowing. That is why so many recommend meditation.
Loving your Contribution, Erika, which lights up the experience. Thanks for being here. I feel we gather each day and enjoy much expansion of thought here.
I like that, “I am more conscious in what I feed my brain with”.
Good food for thought there.
Appreciating that we, as local points of consciousness, have the ability in every moment to think and through that ability we attract.
This is why I consider that we can actually make our thoughts ‘work’ for us.
Love proactively making decisions. Choosing what feels go(o)d.
Thank you, Dennette and Erika, for answering.
Right now I am thinking that I love and appreciate the voices that come here to sing their heart out, in harmony, each day.
Already we have women in the white house (see photo, top right!)!
All Is Good.
