Hi, I want to update you with the story I began here about a month ago …
The story of our watercress partner, Karel, and the results his super-quality watercress is getting.
Today I had the pleasure of another meeting with him.
He updated me on the condition of one of his customers. The previous time I wrote here about a visit to Karel’s farm, I talked about a 20 year old man who visited the farm at the same time I was there. He had cancer of the intestines. His mother, who was with him, started crying, fearing her son wouldn’t make it to the end of this year.
The update is, this young man, with the help of the watercress, is getting better!
I am so happy for him.
I remember the look of desperation on his face, hoping this avenue could generate a miracle.
Well it is happening!
This man is in my heart and I send him all the love I can.

What? I didn’t know this . Wow, that is amazing. I must learn more!
I planted watercress the first time this year and enjoyed it so very much with my cucumber sandwhiches for about 2 weeks. I had never tasted it before! I blinked and the caterpillars devoured all 3 planters of them. I mourned until the butterflys came out. They were more delicious.

It is really fascinating, learning about this super quality watercress.
I’ve been to the farm and seen all the people and it really does work.
