Today is being a magical experience. One of those god-bumps (goose-bumps) days. Possibly because I’ve been in the most beautiful conversations about Heart? During one such conversation, out of the blue, feeling like the softest warmest breeze floating into my ear came the thought of a song which is one of my favorites. Nella Fantasia.
Later in this same afternoon, I went to visit the MySpace of Paulo Coelho. I usually don’t have my pc sound turned on. Today I did have the volume on when I went to Paulo’s MySpace … and floating in the air … Nella Fantasia! I was floating!
I’ve never had my sound on when I’ve been to Paulo’s MySpace before, and, I think this is a song he’s only just added because I seem to recall reading a different song on the player before today. Has it been Nella Fantasia for a while and I only today heard it?
This song connects me to my source … I bliss out listening to its touching beauty … in my heaven, angels sound like this! … feel inspired to share it with you …
In my fantasy I see a just world,
Where everyone lives in peace and in honesty.
I dream of spirits that are always free,
Like the clouds that fly,
Full of humanity in the depths of the spirit.
In my fantasy I see a bright world,
Where each night there is less darkness.
I dream of spirits that are always free,
Like the clouds that fly.
In my fantasy exists a warm wind,
That breathes into the city, like a friend.
I dream of spirits that are always free,
Like the clouds that fly,
Full of humanity in the depths of the spirit.
Nella fantasia io vedo un mondo giusto,
Li tutti vivono in pace e in onestà.
Io sogno d’anime che sono sempre libere,
Come le nuvole che volano,
Pien’ d’umanità in fondo all’anima.
Pien’ d’umanità in fondo all’anima.
Not only is it a beautiful song in my opinion, it also has a little story of perseverance attached to it, which I find powerful:
On the March 1999 video recording of Sarah Brightman’s ‘One Night in Eden’ concert, when introducing the song, she said,
“My next song was originally an instrumental written by the composer Ennio Morricone for the film The Mission. About three years ago I wrote Mr. Morricone, asking if he would give me permission to turn this particular piece into a song. He flatly refused. So every two months I would send yet another begging letter, until I think he got so sick of me he finally relented. And I am really glad that he did, because I think it works beautifully as a song.”
That is strong! Yes, never give up! That is what we experience also, at The Cafe.

How beautiful.
Music that connects you to source. Yes!
Until you experience it for yourself you cannot appreciate the value of this fast track ticket to “FEEL GOOD” Just relaxing into the music takes you there. The rest of the world-GONE! You just sail to a place of communion where you and your Inner Being (IB) just enjoy each other.
No effort. No fuss. No muss. Click play and the music takes you away. Just like Calgon, but better! (Do you have Calgon in the UK?) He-He

I am sooo ready to play!!!
All aboard The Feel Good Express!
Espresso available … or anything else you prefer.
When I read ‘Calgon’ ‘Do you have Calgon in the UK?’, into my head sang, “Washing machines live longer with Calgon”! That does not connect me to source! It connects me to another pipe line!
Is that the Calgon you’re referring to?
I’m more juiced about lemons. Those little lively lemon lovelies are so oo la la in a leading edge kitchen. Lemons let all live longer. Plus added zest!
Talking of L and connection with the C, 1207 - 2007, Liverpool is 800 years young today. A magical city by the sea, connected with humor, music, and the spirit of the people. Happy Birthday Liverpool!
I will check out Anael and Bradford and get back to you with my thoughts/feelings. Thank You.
My play list recommendation for this playful now is:

TOOT TOOT! All aboard! Espresso? Don’t mind if I do, thank you. Two teeny weeny lumps if you please.
I believe it is the same. However, the phrase “Ancient Chinese Secret” would sing out in your head in America. Later on, Calgon became known for it’s bath soaps. A harried mother or female business executive after a long harsh day would cry out.”Calgon! Take me away!’ She would then be whisked away to a long soak in a dreamy tub filled with fragrance, bubbles and solitude. It was a catch-phrase that is still used here by the over 40’s. That means me. HAHAHA
If you youtube search Calgon, the Ancient Chinese Secret is the first search result. It’s a hoot! TOOT TOOT!
Lemons let all live longer. That is so much fun to say.
Say it in as many accents as you can. Speaking in accents, especially in public, is fun. I’m not sure why. It just is! Try it. Giggles are sure to follow.
Liverpool! Many Happy Returns of the Day! Where does the name Liverpool come from? I cannot even venture a guess!
Thank you for the “play” lists. I am looking forward to a magical moment with your choices.
I’m so glad you brought your marbles.
Let’s play!

I have all my marbles!
Let’s play!
Cyres Cafe is a big blue marble that loves space and play.
Stopping at Platform 9 3/4. TOOT TOOT! (Soon let’s talk Toot Sweets?! Inspired by a Double C movie!)
Mmmmmmm magical moments
Vernon Dursley: “Well, there you are, boy. Platform nine - platform ten. Your platform should be somewhere in the middle, but they don’t seem to have built it yet, do they?”
Molly Weasley: “All you have to do is walk straight at the barrier between platforms nine and ten. Don’t stop and don’t be scared you’ll crash into it, that’s very important. Best do it at a bit of a run if you’re nervous. Go on, go now…”
This Non-Muggle has seen Platform 9 3/4 at King’s Cross Station a number of times, because it’s next to the platform where I get the train to my parent’s (they live in Cambridgeshire).
(they’re magical too)
There’s a luggage trolley 3/4 of the way through the wall. Truly wonderful that words and imagination can have such an effect.
I feel this world would benefit from more recognition of magic. Let us do our best here to express it every day.
PLATFORM 9 3/4 (has a sign) is fun. Makes me giggle. I’ve yet to see anyone run into the wall!
When you’re in King’s Cross Station, London, check it out, and come back and tell us about it!
(The platform used for filming at King’s Cross Station is Platform 4.)
Now, before I talk any more transportation, I am pleased to serve you your Espresso. Twinned with two teeny weeny lumps. The Best.
Imagine if messages of being instruments of love sang out in our head, rather than washing machine descaler! Catch-phrases for Consciousness! Like “Create Your Reality Experience Self” *big grin*
Imagine if the vision of our dreams was as strong and clear and bright as the way we can recall the images of an advert.
I didn’t know that Calgon is also known for its bath soaps. Do I have a limescale problem?
No. Only appreciating limes, to go with my lemons!
YouTube Calgon is a hoot!
I may make the next episode, with lemons.
Scratch ‘n’ sniff!
What’s in a name?
Liverpool!
There are a number of theories as to the origins of the name Liverpool. As Henry Harrison wrote in his 1898 study The Place Names of the Liverpool District, or, The History and Meaning of the Local and River Names of South-west Lancashire and of Wirral, ‘with the possible exception of London, the name of no English town has excited so much discussion, and been the cause of so much philogical brain-cudgelling, as that of Liverpool’.
The name’s been spelt in different ways, which means that a number of different explanations for its origin have been offered.
Some suggest Liverpool takes its name from the original mile long inlet from the River Mersey, (the “Pool”), which once existed there. It was filled in the 18th century and the entrance to the Mersey Tunnel marks its original site. The term “Liver” has 2 possible explanations. One, the old English word “Liefer” meaning ‘thick’ - a reference to the mud which abounded around the Pool, or an alternative explanation is “Lithe”, the old Danish word meaning an inlet by a marsh. Either way, the city’s origins lie in the fact that it sprang up around a muddy inlet on the Mersey. In historical terms, Liverpool is not an old city - there is no reference made to it in the Domesday Book, and the first record of the name “Liuepul” is in documents of 1192 belonging to John, Count of Mortain, later King John, to whom the lands of Liverpool were granted.
Others give explanations and debate that the name references local plant or bird life, or the influence of a local family.
So, great question, and, we are in the mystery!
It’s all a glorious guesstimate!
Enjoy the “play” lists, and please feel free to add to The List when you feel inspired.
Glad you are glad. Many Happy Returns of The Day!
