There is no need to agree or disagree here, we’re simply making inquiry into our own personal thoughts. We don’t need to be identical. What a boring, unstimulating world that might be!

Creating a powerful, profound, positive intention is a building block in the foundation on which to build the experience of your dreams.

An intention is a statement of a course of action that you decide to follow. You will follow it to the place where you are being who you really are, so it is important to be in alignment with that, now.

It is an aim that guides action, so you’ll want that action to be inspired by what you really want.

An intention is a short-term, immediate objective of what you plan to do and achieve. You decide how you will use your time, open-mindedness, wisdom, creativity and heart. In the process of living your dream life, now.

Intent more strongly implies deliberateness. Being a deliberate, conscious creator is what we’re talking about in this space.

What is your intention this day?

What do you intend to do, create, or change?

What are you committed to doing to continue experiencing your dream, now?

What inspired action will you take to expand your dream and continue it moving forward?

Lining up your thoughts to be as they are in your dream life, what will this investment of time mean to the life you are deliberately creating?

What do you intend to feel?

How do you intend to look?

What are you intending to do for fun?

Set an intention for how you want the next year of your life to be. How was your 2008?

It may help you to set an intention to experience clarity, and to experience more awareness of your thoughts, so that you can change them to better feeling thoughts.

Is there a cross current going on? Be aware of any contradictions within you. Practice thinking purely, meaning, a not contradicted thought.

Listen to your thoughts. Be awake to them.

When you feel your dreams, do old, negative, past programs speak at you? Telling you why you can’t experience your dream life?

Ask yourself, is that true?

Don’t let other voices steal your dream.

Commit to your dream.

Embrace difficulties and mistakes, the gift of challenges (yes, it helps to laugh!), because they are your growth, your evolution, they are the possibility of driving you onwards and upwards. How you perceive is up to you.

And could you not beat yourself up for making the same mistake twice or more! Really, you’re the only one who counts.

Could you be kinder towards yourself (and hence others)?

Don’t be reminding yourself of what you failed to do in 2007, for example. Why would you choose to do that? When you are so powerful right now, and in this now you could choose a better feeling thought.

Is it stressful to think that you need something in a moment beyond now and to look around now and notice that you don’t have what you think you need?

Track your thoughts. Notice what you are noticing. Notice the negative thoughts and pictures that make you tight and closed.

Who are you being without the thought of need?

Choose to feel stressed, or, choose to feel relaxed.

The feeling of relief comes from choosing a better feeling thought.

Step through and beyond old, limiting thoughts that you could have you believing, if you chose to, that you can’t do something.

Beliefs create reality.

What are you choosing to believe?

The nature of reality is that it’s always loving, and kind, and benevolent … it is we, in our limited thinking, that put negative perceptions, our past patterns, on top.

You can change the way you see what you are experiencing, now, which means that you change the way you feel, which means that you transmit a new signal and your point of attraction is different, so you get more of the essence of what you’re positively wanting.

Do you need to fulfill your goals? Explore that word, need. Could you, would you, have more fun enjoying the fulfilling feelings of the process, which is never-ending and is always Now?

It’s ok to ease into the New Year. Enjoy the present more. Be philosophical about New Year’s Eve. Don’t be pressured … there’s nothing you have to do.

Do what is in alignment with who you really are.
