I created time at the weekend to replenish. Ich habe am Wochenende Zeit zu ergänzen. Recommend it. Empfehlen. I walked in a forest, with no thought, and in that walking meditation, breathing deeper than I thought I could, smiling inside, wonderful insights came to me … without me thinking about them. Ich ging in einen Wald, ohne Gedanken, und in der Meditation, Walking, Atmung tiefer, als ich dachte, ich könnte in lächelnd, wunderbare Einblicke kam zu mir, ohne mich… Denken über sie. Imagine! Stellen Sie sich vor! Empty of thought, I felt “knowing”, which for me, is an even more powerful feeling than believing. Leere Gedanken, fühlte ich, "wissen", was für mich ist, ist ein Gefühl, noch mächtiger ist als glauben. Knowing feels still and peaceful and powerful. Wissen, fühlt sich nach wie vor und ruhigen und kraftvoll.

I’m glad to say I’m getting up-to-date with the Dallas story … especially as a number of you have been asking, what happened next?!
