Have you resolved yet how Your New Year will be?

What is the spirit in which you’re going to live your life this year?

Wherever you are in your life now, it’s only temporary and life can get better. Change is a constant and we can use information about the Law of Attraction to deliberately create changes that we desire. Decide to have something better.

Whoever created ‘New Year’s Resolutions’, well done I say, extraordinarily good idea. I like to think of this opportunity for Considered Creation, while choosing feelings of eager anticipation, as, ‘New Year’s Intending’.

What you focus on expands (a summary of the Law of Attraction). We attract the fears that our negative thoughts focus on. When we choose better feeling thoughts, life gets better.

Be grateful for what you have right now and you’ll attract more to appreciate as this new year unfolds.

Many make resolutions, only to abandon the lifestyle change a few days later, while experiencing thoughts and feelings about themselves, and others, that don’t feel good.
Living up to Your Best Life includes making new decisions, turning from what you’ve learned you don’t want, towards what you do want and then continuing to choose thoughts that feel good, while flowing in the direction of what is wanted.

Consider that you might have patterns of thought that don’t best serve you, for example, role-playing negative ‘what if … ‘ scenarios in your head. Many are stuck in a pattern of victimhood. Become more aware of your thoughts and you’ll notice your patterns and hence you can let them go and free your mind more and more to truly live in the present moment.

Every day is a new day to make new decisions, new intentions, before various parts of the day. Daily Intentions that are in agreement with the ‘New Year’s Intending’. Setting forth a clear line of focus towards what you want and experiencing the essence of what you want, Now.

Why wait for a New (Calendar) Year to start? Yes, begin Now!

Don’t make a resolution if you’re resolving not to do, be, or have something! For example, “quit smoking”. You’ll only be giving that thing you don’t want more focus. What you focus on expands (a summary of the Law of Attraction). How can the best inspired actions arise from focusing on what you don’t want? So make life easier for yourself.

Use your thinking, your ability to choose how you feel, and your focus, to create. To create what you want.

Choose a place where you feel relaxed, comfortable, and peaceful inside, to write out intentions that you feel positive about, in other words, intentions that inspire you.

This isn’t a formula; there’s no wrong or right way.

Choose areas of your life that are of most importance to you and then imagine positive pictures, thoughts and feelings that absolutely delight you. You’ll be radiating out your intentions and Life will answer you, because what we think plus how we feel equals, vibrationally, what eventually manifests.

May I suggest that you consider the words of Joseph Campbell, ‘Follow Your Bliss’. Your heart speaks, listen to it. Make resolutions that feel good and that are about love and appreciation.

If it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it!

Write out ‘My Now Intentions About My … ‘, ‘About My … ‘, ‘About My … ‘. Examples of areas you might choose, Health, Body, Relationships, Finances, Work, Education, Travel.

Describe, generally and light-heartedly, how you want to feel about each area and how you intend to be.

For each topic, focus on what you want and imagine that until you feel new vigor and brightness.

An example. Rather than ‘Lose Weight’, focus on your body as you want to feel about it and how you intend it to be. Flow in the direction of what is wanted, rather than what is not wanted or the lack of what is wanted. Let your mind be free. Instead of seeking the negative by saying to yourself, “What if this doesn’t work out?”, say with a smile and feelings of positive expectation, “What if this works out as I’m imagining it?” You don’t need to explain and justify where you are now and you don’t need to tell the story of your weight / body issues, as that keeps you the same. If you keep saying it the way it is, you’ll keep getting it the way it is. The point is to let go of the thoughts / feelings that keep you stuck. Think plus feel, as you want it to be. Visualize your body looking as you want it to look. How does it feel to experience that, now. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Get into the feeling of what you want. Come on, emotion + energy! Your desire is done, given to you, now feel the desired result. What are you appreciating? Flexibility? Strength? Balance? …

Be specific, by including details, and, always then say to yourself / write out, ‘this or something even better.’

Don’t write ‘How To’s or ‘To Do’s or Numbers (gym three times a week, for example).

Life is a mirror reflecting what you are doing inside. Be the vision until you feel upbeat.

All that visualization is - practicing (got to love practicing!) the vibration of what you’ve already asked for in order to let in what you’ve already asked for. The visualization itself is not making something, the vibration while you’re visualizing, is.

As you then go about your daily life, you’ll become more and more aware that you feel inspired, from your bliss (rather than from fear), to take action, small steps towards what is your reality vibrationally. You’ll notice new possibilities more and more and take inspired action, becoming vision-in-action. In other words, you are law of attraction in action. Let the ‘energy’ experience I’m talking about here ATTRACT the desired result to you. Also attract people who support your dreams.

Say to yourself, “I’m in the process of attracting … … [what you want].”

Small adjustments in your thoughts / feelings, over time, transform you, your energy, and the answers you are given.

As you deliberately ATTRACT the desired result to you, the inspired action steps for you to take will become clearer and clearer to you. You’ll take action because you want to, because it feels good, rather than because you feel you need to or should do (comes from fear and beliefs of lack / limitation).

You can’t do everything, but you can do something.

Imagine how you want it to be and ensure that you imagine it with feeling. Pick exciting ‘pictures’ that instantly transport you there. Think, feel, talk, act, AS IF what you want is in your experience now. Choose to experience the feeling of Wish-Fulfillment and you’ll get more of what you want, faster.

Hang in there and focus on what you want. Hold the intention. Remember, you’re in control, lift yourself up to thoughts that feel better and better (better than being in the habit of repeating thoughts that create self-suffering, don’t you think?!). Clean up your thinking. Love and Appreciate more, yourself, and, others.

Clear Intentions

Desire is the starting point of deliberate achievement, and so it is worth it to discuss it further.

What is felt as a desire depends on the subconscious programs running at the time. These are the filters through which natural desires express themselves. The clearer these are, the easier it is for a genuine desire to be felt fully. If there are a lot of patterns which ‘interpret’ what we truly want in line with what we consider possible, then what can occur is that we feel an edited version of a true heart’s desire - exactly to the extent to which our present way of seeing life will allow us to experience the desire.

Our sense of reality acts as a filtering mechanism for our entire experience. What we consistently, at a deeper level, feel as true becomes our experience. This means *all* of our experience, including our desires. So if our perception of life is essentially one which considers something as ridiculous to even attempt, then we can have the most sincere desire and still not really feel it because our sense of reality edits it through the filter of ‘not possible’.

There are two things which are crucial to this filtering mechanism: fear and a sense of possibility. In a way, both come from not fully acknowledging your own power and having faith in it. But for the purposes of most easily identifying what needs to be overcome to progress effectively, it’s useful to classify these two as different kinds of emotional patterns. Because that’s what they are primarily, in terms of the level on which they have an effect on our experience - they are emotional patterns. And emotions are key, because they indicate what’s being attracted. If the intellectual mind thinks one thing and the emotions disagree, then the emotions win, in regards of what is an accurate indicator of our energy.

What ‘being clear’ is all about is to be free of the self-sabotaging emotional patterns which literally act like a magnetic repellent to what is declared as an intention. This might sound paradox at first. Because, if you want something, then how can there be resistance, which effectively means not wanting it? The answer is that one level of us can clearly feel a desire while others have conditioning running which states that it would somehow not be feasible to allow ourselves to go for that desire. An example would be someone who wants to be a musician in terms of what they really feel like, who has a myriad of emotional patterns which show themselves every time they attempted to really go for that. Those are the thoughts of ‘not possible’, ‘not good enough’, and the like.

These feelings are very common, and there is absolutely nothing unusual about these. It seems as though virtually everyone has some of these ‘doubting emotions’, and fortunately, this is a very benevolent universe indeed and we don’t need to be anywhere near fully clear of imbalanced emotions to achieve effectively. It’s just that the clearer of these emotions we are, the easier it tends to become to attract all the goodness into our lives. Attracting what we want via the Law of Attraction in a deliberate way means to adjust our energy so that it only draws towards it that which is genuinely wanted in our lives. Emotions are actual energy. They are energy which runs through our system, and so they are vital to this.

Fear and a sense of possibility have already been mentioned as key filtering mechanisms of our perceptions of life, and thus feelings. More specifically speaking, several areas are key regarding emotions; among which are fears regarding what comes with achieving on a venture, our feelings of self-worth, our self-esteem, how much we feel we deserve, and sheer faith in the process of achieving what we want. The first is in a way about the fear itself, while the latter four are related to our sense of possibility, and perception of life - except for feelings of deservingness, which can act as a direct resistance to what we declare as an intention. It’s perfectly possible to declare something as an intention, and yet to still have fears of actually succeeding with it. The fear, in this case, is most likely not with the success itself, but rather found in the things which come with succeeding. One question which unmasks fears rather effectively is to ask: “What would not feel pleasant about achieving this?” Maybe someone wants to be a musician, but they are anxious about performing in front of audiences. If that’s the case, then the anxiety of performing in front of audiences can act as a repelling force to being a musician. From a subconscious level, their emotions literally repel (or make not as efficient) the process of being a musician who performs.

The four areas of our feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, how much we emotionally feel we deserve, and faith in the process, are important to be aware of in terms of how our emotions affect achievement, but work slightly differently than fears related to success do. Nonetheless, they can have the same effect as the first one. All of these four areas (except for how much we feel we deserve) have something to do with limited thinking, rather than a direct fear, but if people think that they couldn’t achieve something which they would kind of like as their life, then the automatic result tends to be discouragement; and again, there wouldn’t be a focussed intention. And if we don’t feel that we deserve something, that is a direct resistance to a stated desire. The list of key areas to keep in mind is not exhaustive, as there can also be emotional patterns related to other things, but being aware of these could be of tremendous help with progressing towards a preferred way of living.

Having only some of these emotions can be overcome, but if there are too many emotions which disagree with the declared intention, then they act like a dam to a river. Clearing imbalanced emotions and limited ways of thinking which do not serve us can be one of the most beneficial activities related to personal growth. There are various ways of doing so, and everyone has one way or another which seems to work well for them. The key, though, is to be as free from self-sabotaging, habitual emotions as possible. This, it may be suggested, is key to success, because in order to really use all of our available resources to achieve something we first of all need to really, really want it. The more our mental and emotional state wants to see a specific intention made physical, the easier it is to operate at something more akin to what may be called…peak potential.

This is what we deserve. Truly fulfilled people who live the life which they’re passionate about naturally mirror it via behaving in a way which can inspire others. We’re all wonderful expressions of life, with fantastic gifts and abilities. Isn’t it about time that our lives reflected that?

Attract Solutions, Not Problems: Quit Complaining About Your Problems; And Do Something Different

Do you really want things in your life to be better in some way, or do you want to keep being the “star” in your own personal drama? Better is different; and, if you are afraid of change, better may be easier said than done. Many people continue to create unhappy lives for themselves because they don’t know how to do any differently; but some people enjoy playing the role of victim. You simply can’t keep being the main character in your own tragedy if you want to have a happy and fulfilling life. You don’t get extra-credit, or “happy points,” for carrying a heavy load. Being happy actually lightens your load – or makes it easier to carry. Suffering is not the path to fulfillment; it is merely one of the steps along the way.

Most people’s journeys take them through low points, or “valleys;” if your path leads you through low places and dark times just keep going – keep your thoughts moving forward. When you allow yourself to dwell in one place, you delay your progress to some other place. That’s great if you like it where you are; savor the flavor. But if you want to be somewhere else, doing something else, you have to think about it first. You can’t think about, plan, or create your future while you are complaining about the results of past thoughts and actions. Honestly, write down some of the things you say most often about your life and ask yourself if your words would serve as a caption for a picture of your life the way it currently is, or the way you would like it to be.

You don’t have to think about your problems in order to solve them; and complaining about them makes it even more difficult to find solutions. There’s no need to compound or reiterate your judgments and assessment of your situation; you already know where you are. Take one last look around as a sort of reality check; and then start looking toward a solution. Here’s a hint: It’s not in the direction of the problem. Albert Einstein said that you can’t solve a problem from the same level of awareness that created it. In other words, you need a little more brains to get out of a problem than it took to get into it. Complaints are a sign that you are still using the mind that causes problems rather than solving them.

Look toward what you want – the situation you wish to create. If you’re complaining about your problems, you’re thinking about your problems; and, if you’re thinking about your problems, you still have the same perspective that caused them to appear in the first place. Tomorrow is going to look a lot like yesterday, for most people, because most people’s thoughts tend to be driven by what they see outside of them. If you don’t like what you see on the outside, you need to look inside for something better, rather than waste your time complaining about what has already been done. As soon as you quit complaining about your problems and accept your current situation as your new starting point, your problem is being solved.

If you don’t know what to do, you aren’t alone; nobody truly knows what to do next. Just do something; and then observe what happens. Is it what you wanted to happen? If so, you’ve solved your problem, but if at first you don’t succeed, use the feedback and experience gained to try something different – something new. If you want something new in your life, then that’s what you’ll have to do – something new. If you want to keep the same old problems and mundane life, then just keep complaining about it and it is sure to stay pretty much the way it is. Either way, what you think about will tend to fill your life.

Today I asked CAnn, who works with me on all Cyres
Productions projects, would you write out what it’s been
like to work on this up til now, I want to share
with our Law Of Attraction Family. This is what CAnn gave

There is a golden glow that surrounds me, and I am basking
in it.

Have focussed the last many weeks crafting a video with
great care. A video created with film from ONE The
Project. For a girl whose thirst for knowledge is rarely
quenched, I am, unusually, satisfied. Instead of the odd
glass of data, in ONE The Movie I found the well and drank
deeply.

I’ve sat at the feet of masters and merchants, and
everyday people, and have asked my questions. I have made
the journey the heart longed for. For the questions of the
creators of ONE, and the questions that I have, are the
same.

Do you find yourself pondering … Are we all ONE? What is
the meaning of life? What is wisdom and how do we gain it?
What happens to us after we die? What are we all so afraid
of?

The great gift the editor receives when working with such
valuable material, is the personal enrichment that happens
along the way. In the exploration and subsequent
revisiting of every nook and corner, I felt deeply and
heard fully the voices of ONE. I’ve received pieces to
my own puzzle and expanded my understanding. Not through
pat answers, but by additional perspectives! My
appreciation for Ward Powers, the Creator & Director of
ONE, is limitless. He has, so to speak, brought the
mountain to us.

Blending the sounds of the Cyres track ‘Beautiful
Soul’, written and performed by Cristopolis, with ONE The
Project, has been the most fun I’ve ever had. C’mon!
This is work?

And here we are, now, at the beginning. It’s really all
about the message. Including, if we quiet our mind a
little, if we look a touch more deeply inward, these inner
discoveries will shift not only our inner view, but our
outer view as well. One-ness comes from within.

What a ride! Enjoying it immensely. More thrilling each
moment! Want to express again, this is the most fun I’ve
ever had!

If, for some reason, you find that you are not enjoying your experience, it is up to you to take steps to change your experience.
