Changes at work meant that staff would be moving to different seats in different offices.
Suddenly I became possessive about my desk.
Well, not exactly the desk, more its position in the room and the inescapable loss of 3 people with whom I have worked alongside,
and laughed and cried together.
It seemed quite a loss to me.
I worried about the outcome of this until I started to look for positive aspects, and, accepted that I have no choice. Therefore, I must choose to accept it
Gradually I am feeling more accepting of the situation and focusing my thoughts on the future and how it will be.
The past is gone.
There is only Now.
