Happy December!
Hello Dear Friends,
Yesterday as I sat down by the fireplace, listening to the crackling of wood, feeling the warmth on my skin and seeing the wonderful flames, I realised that it was a fantastic sensorial experience.
Being able to use our sensorial organs in that way is really a great thing, isn’t it. It’s part of that Good Health we can have.
Regarding this particular subject - BEING HEALTHY - I’d really love to say something. I think we have to focus more on a healthy state of our body, spending more conscious attention on it.
Why is it so important? Because it creates a great comfort zone when you are in a Good Health. It gives you a Good feeling. Your body feels in a good feeling place. As it gives you a good feeling, it is a strong point of attraction for other good things coming into your life, as the Law of Attraction works like that.
If you wonder why we have to focus more on a healthy body, may I tell you this: Nowadays western medicine is more sophisticated than ever before and yet there are so many people who are ill. That doesn’t mean western medicine doesn’t have its value, it can be of very good value when indicated. It does mean that there is something in disbalance regarding our relation to our body.
Many know the feeling of being somewhat ill, having chills, fever, being tired, etc… It’s not a feeling that gives you the Glamour of life, is it. It’s not a feeling that gives you the vibes to do great things. By that I do not mean that it has no value, that it cannot be useful for you to feel that illness or sickness. When you are capable of feeling the underlying ”reason”, it can indeed be of great value to you. Often you do not know that particular ”reason”, but still, once recovered, you might feel that particular subtle change in your energy pattern.
Do you understand what I mean?
Once recovered, you can slightly feel some kind of relief, some kind of ‘new’ energy coming into you.
In my professional life, I see a lot of people who have consciously or unconsciously ”mistreated” their body in one way or another, neglecting the alarm signals coming out of that affected body, and then after repeating this over and over again for many years, they finally come for advice and in the end they put all the responsibility on the healthcare provider.
So there is a hitch somewhere, isn’t there?
It’s not about saying those people are to be judged because of their particular relationship with their body.
I only want to say that everyone can take responsibility for their own health.
You have the right to treat your body in your specific way, but whether you like it or not, you have to accept consequences also.
When you neglect the signals of your own physical temple, when you choose (consciously or unconsciously) to go on ‘mistreating’ that body, one day that physical body can be too tired and too broken to go on like that.
You can choose for better health, it’s all up to you and don’t underestimate the strength of good health. It really gives you a boost of energy, giving you more power to do what it is you (really and honestly) want to do and to let go of that what you don’t want.
Creating good health can be a funny and pleasant business. You can do it in several ways, making your choice out of the variety of possibilities we have nowadays regarding this subject. To strengthen your body in a physical way, you can go to a fitness centre, do exercises at home, go swimming, take lessons in yoga or dance or martial arts, massage … you can choose if you want to train outdoors or indoors … alone or with friends … in a soft or strong way … there is a whole bunch of possibilites, all tastes are catered for!
Besides the physical exercises, you can watch your eating patterns and the quality of food you take.
You can take care of your night’s rest and your day and night rhythm.
You can spend more time watching your beliefs about ‘health’. How healthy do you feel in your mind? Do you think thoughts that create a healthy and strong body? Do you like your own body when you see it in the mirror or do you feel awful about it? Do you understand that you can change the way you feel and think about your body and that it brings a more pleasant feeling when you do so and as it brings a more pleasant feeling you will appreciate it more, and when you appreciate it more you will love to do more with that body, and when you do more with that body you make it stronger, and when you make it stronger it looks nicer, and when it looks nicer it feels better, and when it feels better … I could go on like this for an hour! hahaha!
Mind the power of your thoughts! It is huge!
In terms of spiritual care for your body (but what’s in a name and it is all the same) you can also have some meditation moments introduced in your daily life (strongly recommended, haha), to attract more of what it is you want regarding health, and to let go more of what you don’t want e.g. negative thoughts about food, which doen’t serve you very well.
You see there are so many things you can choose to do to create a strong beautiful healthy body, and isn’t it something we all (consciously or unconsciously) dream off?
So what can YOU do to improve your health, to create that strong healthy body?
Write it down and watch it several times a day to help you remember. Or you could take that decision to improve your health and live it!
Think about it and choose to start TODAY, no matter how little the first step may be, it is still that one you need to start the project!
GO FOR GOOD HEALTH!
To end I would love to add this quote:
”Any time you have physical discomfort of any kind, whether you call it emotional, or physical pain within your body, it always, always means the same thing: “I have a desire that is summoning Energy, but I have a belief that is not allowing so I’ve created resistance in my body.” The solution, every single time, to the releasing of discomfort, or pain - is the relaxation and the reaching for the feeling of relief.”
