Focus

Looking for the best in life?

Who makes the decisions for doing what you do? You do.
Always you.

Hoping this series of musings is inspiring you to be better
and better at focusing. Focus meaning, deliberate choices
of thoughts and feelings The passionate exploration of,
what’s next?

It can be fun to focus! Balanced with moments of joy
appreciating what is, of course!

Remember, ultimately you are in control of your thoughts
and feelings. You are in control of your focus. What are
your emotions telling you about your focus?

May I suggest that you enjoy a conscious, deep breath in
through your nose and out through your mouth, before
continuing. Simply be aware of your breath. Aaaaaaahh!

For a few moments now, place your conscious focus in your
body. Settle in, be aware of your body and sit comfortably
in it.

Feel the fullness of focus by first experiencing the
fullness of your breath and the fullness of your body when
you place your attention completely in the present moment
there. This is focus within, as well as without. Always
coming back to the self, what might be called ‘home’.

It is a meaningful question for you, to ask yourself
throughout the day, where is my attention focused?

If you don’t deliberately place your focus on something
that you truly want, then you may find your mind being
influenced to focus elsewhere. Also, love what you don’t
want. It gives you so much clarity about what you do want!
You could shake what you don’t want by the hand and say,
thank you very much for showing me the way! Then you have
to give your attention to what you want.

There is no answer to what you want in blaming someone or
something else. Blame can be a habit and it never gets you
to where you want to go. It tells you more about yourself
than about the subject of your blame.

The world is an extension of you. So question yourself,
your thoughts, about what you are projecting. Accept your
part.

If something you’re focusing on lowers your vibration,
release connection with the subject at issue and move on.

You cannot focus on what you don’t want and get to what
you do want. There are effects when you give your
attention to something. Withdraw your focus of attention
from what is not wanted.

Do you really need to talk about what you don’t want any
more?!

Negative thoughts equal negative emotion equals that is the
signal you’re sending out.

When your past stays active, in other words, you’re
defining yourself by your past, you’ll be stuck, now, in
that past. Wouldn’t it be better to talk about what
you’re going towards?

Focus on a feeling first, then better inspired thoughts
join you.

Choose to make the best of it, wherever you are now.

Write out a list of all the things you don’t want in your
life. Use that list to turn your focus to what you do want.
Focus on feelings of happiness and abundance. Quit
complaining and write out intentions of what you want to
be, do, and have. Beliefs create your reality, so begin to
choose them for yourself and choose beliefs that support
what you want to be, do, and have. What does it feel like
to be living your intentions?

We want to keep our beliefs and we can look upon all sorts
of evidence and tell all kinds of stories to support our
beliefs. But, what if some of our beliefs don’t serve
us?

Why be stuck in what you believe?

Question your thoughts.

Most of our thoughts are repetitive. Habitual cycles of
the same (often limiting and negative) thoughts. Habitual
thought patterns and the emotions that go with them are
usually ways that we create suffering inside ourselves and
can be ways that we create suffering around us.

What are you believing that moves you to fear, doubt,
worry, concern, anger?

When we have negative thoughts, we in turn feel negative
emotions in our body. When we choose positive feeling
emotions, then positive thoughts come to us.

To experience the feeling of being alive, doesn’t it feel
better to invite feelings of optimism, joy, enthusiasm,
passion, love, appreciation? Yes! Feeling good is feeling
good!

What is showing up in your life is the results of what your
unconscious mind believes. So you have to inquire into your
hidden beliefs. Ask yourself, truthfully, what am I really
expecting? Maybe life is wanting to give you something and
you are unaware that you’re saying no to it?

We all desire clarity. Inner silence quietens the
confusion of the mind, which means that suffering through
the mind is quietened. Confusion never feels good. Would
you be willing to practice experiencing a gap between your
thoughts? It is freeing. The mind chatters away
continuously if inner silence is not practiced and it can
be easy to identify yourself as those thoughts. Thought
processes have a mind of their own. Do you know that
you’re identifying with your thoughts? Wouldn’t it
feel better to deliberately choose thoughts so that you are
more aware of the thoughts that you are experiencing? So
that they are in alignment with what is wanted.

When you know what you don’t want, it means that you know
what you do want, so the knowing of what you don’t want is
good, helpful, inspiring, and so forth.

The reality you’re now living is what it is, so accept
it. Don’t argue with it, in other words make peace with
it, and start focusing more and more on what you’re
wanting. Love what is and be in eager anticipation, in
happy anticipation, of more of what you’re focusing on.

May I suggest, let’s deliberately make our thoughts more
useful. Action arises from thought. There is more to
thought than we know, so let’s use it as wisely and
compassionately as we can.

Before the next part of your day now, enjoy a conscious,
deep breath in through your nose and out through your
mouth, before continuing. Simply be aware of your breath.
Aaaaaaahh!

Are you becoming clearer and clearer in your vision of Your Best Life?

Want to attract more of what you want and less of what you don’t want?

You create with your thoughts.

If you’re experiencing what you don’t want, it’s because of the vibration (thoughts plus feelings) that you’re emitting.

Like attracts like. Look and ye shall find. It is done unto you as you believe.

What you’re getting is what you’re vibrating. So to get different / better, you’ve got to think plus feel (equals your vibration) differently / better.

There are feelings attached to your perception of each word. Some feelings stronger than others, depending on your attachment to the word. To change your signal, the vibration, you’re sending out, change your words (which are your thoughts). The more you do this, deliberately choosing better, then the better your life will feel and you’ll be attracting more of what you want.

When you think or say, “not”, “don’t”, “should”, “no”, you’re saying, yes, because you’re giving your attention to something and what you give your attention to, expands. Where attention goes, energy flows. Focus grows what is being focused on.

And, how can you be having fun, saying and feeling, not, don’t, should, no, so much!?

Negative results come from negative vibrations, what your pattern of thinking was in the past, before now.

When you focus on what you don’t want, when you give your attention to it, you are in negative thinking, which means that you’re emitting negative energy. This means that you’re attracting more of what you don’t want, more negative situations, people and things.

So what negative thoughts, ones that don’t feel good, are you habitually repeating?

Most of us have an inner critic / saboteur, that says, you can’t be / do / have what you really want. Give it a fun name! Notice what he / she repeatedly says.

These patterns of negative thought are keeping you in a cycle of more of the same situations, people and things, that you don’t want. Life is changing, continuously, changing to more of what you don’t want, in different shapes and sizes!

Now that I’ve brought your attention to the words, not, don’t, should, and, no, you’ll now hear yourself more when you say them, and that awareness is the beginning of a turnaround. As you hear yourself in that ever decreasing pattern, using negative language, you can then stop, take a deep breath, and turn your focus to what you want.

Knowing what you don’t want is always good, because it’s another opportunity to grow clarity about what you do want.

When you’re ‘in the neighborhood’ of what you want, in other words, giving your attention to what you want all around you, then your thoughts and words change, which means that your vibration changes.

Are you nurturing positive peripheral vision?

With practice, you’ll be rejecting very little. You’ll be accepting more and immediately turning your attention to what you want. Daring to dream bigger.

What you like about what you’re attracting, appreciate. As you express appreciation, you’ll notice more to appreciate, and, attract more to appreciate.

Feel more. Expect more. Celebrate more.

Setting goals helps you to add detail to your desires, which means that it helps you to get into the feeling place of what you’re wanting. Goal creation encourages you to be specific. However, goals don’t serve you and aren’t helpful when you are noticing that you’re ‘not there’. To feel better in life, you help yourself by noticing what you are attracting and appreciating what is a match to your goals. If, from past thinking, you’re attracting what you don’t want, thank it and immediately move on in your thoughts to where you’re going.

What you don’t want always gives you clarity and fresh focus to what you do want, so make the most of it!

When you’re feeling good, make a list of what you don’t want and it will show you where to put your attention so that you’re focused on the opposite of each point.

Look at what you’re attracting. Notice what you are noticing. It can guide you to better feeling thoughts. You can deliberately redirect negative thoughts and feelings.

Acknowledge and appreciate all that is a match to where you’re wanting to go to.

When you’re thinking about “what if …”, you are on your way to being answered. So better to be deliberately thinking about good-feeling-scenarios that you would actually want to experience!

If you’re focussing on lack / limitation / not wanting, what are you going to feel like?

Be aware of where you’re putting your focus, and, place it on purpose.

Listen to your inner promptings and then take action towards your dreams as soon as possible. You’ll be inspired to take the best action appropriate for you. You’ll receive data and results and then you can make more new decisions.

Be relaxed about all this. It is a process. It can be easy to beat yourself up about how you could have thought differently, felt differently, attracted differently, in hindsight. Everybody would change the past if they could, to make life even better in their perception now. However, these conversations are about stepping out of the past, into the now, and deliberately choosing to feel good. All that you have experienced has helped you to know what you want.

Recognise your patterns of thought and reaction. You can choose to deactivate old thoughts and replace with new, more beneficial beliefs (repeated thoughts). Changing your thinking means changing your perspective and focus. There is a difference between facts and interpretation. It is the interpretation and meaning that we give to what we are observing that affects the way we feel. Interpretation and meaning is based on past experiences and beliefs. Ask yourself, why am I feeling this way? Why am I choosing to feel this way?

Practice this process to remember what IS:

Notice an emotional trigger which is negative thinking.

Immediately stop those thoughts.

Fill in, “I remember a point when I felt …”

With a positive view point, reconnect with what really IS in that moment that you are recalling:

“In reality, I am not …”

“I simply focused attention on (state the problem) …”

“And that felt (reaction) …”

“And I took that to mean (symptom) …”

“Who would I be without this negative, limiting belief? …”

Could you, would you, choose to interpret every experience as positive?

Practice turning your attention to something, anything, that inspires you to feel good. Deliberately choose thoughts of the way you want it to be and imagine how it feels when life is as you want it to be. That way, you always feel better.

Answer the question, “Where am I going?” Become clearer about what you want. Make more new decisions about what you want and don’t get into the “but, how”.

Give your attention and appreciation to those people around you who inspire you to be focused on what you want and to always be turning your focus towards your dreams. Say Yes to uplifting support that inspires you to feel better. You can also practice being this for others. It feels good to know that you’ve listened respectfully and done your best to help someone to feel good and focus in the direction of their goals (not what you think they should want!).

This all requires effort, but not much.

Choose what you want and direct yourself to where you are going.

Relax and enjoy the process. At any journey’s destination, begins another journey.

Clear Intentions

Popularity: 20% [?]

Desire is the starting point of deliberate achievement, and so it is worth it to discuss it further.

What is felt as a desire depends on the subconscious programs running at the time. These are the filters through which natural desires express themselves. The clearer these are, the easier it is for a genuine desire to be felt fully. If there are a lot of patterns which ‘interpret’ what we truly want in line with what we consider possible, then what can occur is that we feel an edited version of a true heart’s desire - exactly to the extent to which our present way of seeing life will allow us to experience the desire.

Our sense of reality acts as a filtering mechanism for our entire experience. What we consistently, at a deeper level, feel as true becomes our experience. This means *all* of our experience, including our desires. So if our perception of life is essentially one which considers something as ridiculous to even attempt, then we can have the most sincere desire and still not really feel it because our sense of reality edits it through the filter of ‘not possible’.

There are two things which are crucial to this filtering mechanism: fear and a sense of possibility. In a way, both come from not fully acknowledging your own power and having faith in it. But for the purposes of most easily identifying what needs to be overcome to progress effectively, it’s useful to classify these two as different kinds of emotional patterns. Because that’s what they are primarily, in terms of the level on which they have an effect on our experience - they are emotional patterns. And emotions are key, because they indicate what’s being attracted. If the intellectual mind thinks one thing and the emotions disagree, then the emotions win, in regards of what is an accurate indicator of our energy.

What ‘being clear’ is all about is to be free of the self-sabotaging emotional patterns which literally act like a magnetic repellent to what is declared as an intention. This might sound paradox at first. Because, if you want something, then how can there be resistance, which effectively means not wanting it? The answer is that one level of us can clearly feel a desire while others have conditioning running which states that it would somehow not be feasible to allow ourselves to go for that desire. An example would be someone who wants to be a musician in terms of what they really feel like, who has a myriad of emotional patterns which show themselves every time they attempted to really go for that. Those are the thoughts of ‘not possible’, ‘not good enough’, and the like.

These feelings are very common, and there is absolutely nothing unusual about these. It seems as though virtually everyone has some of these ‘doubting emotions’, and fortunately, this is a very benevolent universe indeed and we don’t need to be anywhere near fully clear of imbalanced emotions to achieve effectively. It’s just that the clearer of these emotions we are, the easier it tends to become to attract all the goodness into our lives. Attracting what we want via the Law of Attraction in a deliberate way means to adjust our energy so that it only draws towards it that which is genuinely wanted in our lives. Emotions are actual energy. They are energy which runs through our system, and so they are vital to this.

Fear and a sense of possibility have already been mentioned as key filtering mechanisms of our perceptions of life, and thus feelings. More specifically speaking, several areas are key regarding emotions; among which are fears regarding what comes with achieving on a venture, our feelings of self-worth, our self-esteem, how much we feel we deserve, and sheer faith in the process of achieving what we want. The first is in a way about the fear itself, while the latter four are related to our sense of possibility, and perception of life - except for feelings of deservingness, which can act as a direct resistance to what we declare as an intention. It’s perfectly possible to declare something as an intention, and yet to still have fears of actually succeeding with it. The fear, in this case, is most likely not with the success itself, but rather found in the things which come with succeeding. One question which unmasks fears rather effectively is to ask: “What would not feel pleasant about achieving this?” Maybe someone wants to be a musician, but they are anxious about performing in front of audiences. If that’s the case, then the anxiety of performing in front of audiences can act as a repelling force to being a musician. From a subconscious level, their emotions literally repel (or make not as efficient) the process of being a musician who performs.

The four areas of our feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, how much we emotionally feel we deserve, and faith in the process, are important to be aware of in terms of how our emotions affect achievement, but work slightly differently than fears related to success do. Nonetheless, they can have the same effect as the first one. All of these four areas (except for how much we feel we deserve) have something to do with limited thinking, rather than a direct fear, but if people think that they couldn’t achieve something which they would kind of like as their life, then the automatic result tends to be discouragement; and again, there wouldn’t be a focussed intention. And if we don’t feel that we deserve something, that is a direct resistance to a stated desire. The list of key areas to keep in mind is not exhaustive, as there can also be emotional patterns related to other things, but being aware of these could be of tremendous help with progressing towards a preferred way of living.

Having only some of these emotions can be overcome, but if there are too many emotions which disagree with the declared intention, then they act like a dam to a river. Clearing imbalanced emotions and limited ways of thinking which do not serve us can be one of the most beneficial activities related to personal growth. There are various ways of doing so, and everyone has one way or another which seems to work well for them. The key, though, is to be as free from self-sabotaging, habitual emotions as possible. This, it may be suggested, is key to success, because in order to really use all of our available resources to achieve something we first of all need to really, really want it. The more our mental and emotional state wants to see a specific intention made physical, the easier it is to operate at something more akin to what may be called…peak potential.

This is what we deserve. Truly fulfilled people who live the life which they’re passionate about naturally mirror it via behaving in a way which can inspire others. We’re all wonderful expressions of life, with fantastic gifts and abilities. Isn’t it about time that our lives reflected that?

Happy October

Dear Friends,

Here in Belgium Fall is in town! A wonderful season that brings spectacular landscapes with beautiful colours and leaves Falling down. The trees are willing to let go of their leaves, as if it were the most natural thing to do… and so it is.
So maybe it is the ideal season to let go of some of our deeply rusted thought patterns and you may compare them with the red, rusty coloured leaves.

Yesterday I had an exciting conversation with my aunt - she’s a wonderful woman - about there being a lot of judgements being made, prejudices as well. Judgements are being made out of ignorance, out of not being able to let go of convictions and habitual thought patterns concerning a particular subject.

It is important that we see the detrimental effect of judging. It’s not about having different opinions or about discussing, which are to be encouraged. Judgements are being made out of not understanding the other. The problem with those judgments is that we often do believe them after hearing them repeatedly from others.

Who does not remember the feeling inside of having had a wonderful, but unusual, uncommon idea, not having had the courage to share it with others in the beginning and then finally, once strong enough, having told it to others, not being supported, rather being laughed at.

Something stands out here, that is, YOU decide whatever you believe in.

When we deeply look inside, we can admit that it’s not the judgment coming from others, although very unpleasant, which is discouraging our own ideas. It is that we choose to believe that judgment.

Let me be clearer about this, it can be somewhat difficult to see, feel or hear that others don’t understand you and therefore not only are not supporting you, but are really not making it easy on you concerning a particular aspect. We always have the choice about which thoughts we accept to be truth on any particular subject.

When we are strong enough, we don’t let others stand in the way of our happiness.

Happiness is created ONLY by yourself.

It is our perception that others can be in the way of our happiness.

When we have the feeling that others are standing in the way of us creating the life of our dreams, that may be because we don’t dare to follow our bliss / intuition thoroughly.

As a conscious being, it is good to watch our beliefs and judgements about people and subjects. Judgement, especially when put in a hard way, can be detrimental to the growing potential of others.

Yesterday evening I saw the well-known movie ‘Brokeback Mountain’. It’s a warning sign that we have to watch our behavior to not cause pain and distress by judging people, and that we must keep on following our own bliss regardless of the ideas of others. Let others live their lives as you live yours.

Focus thought by thought on your own happiness and so by Law you will attract more good feeling thoughts and situations in your life.

I’m not saying that you may not have your opinion about other people or subjects. In some way you need this at a certain level to personalize your consciousness, but you can understand that you don’t have to criticize and confront another in a hard way just because you don’t understand the other. By judging, I mean to talk about someone / something in a hard, rather consistent, negative emotion.

You can choose to distinguish, rather than to judge.

To distinguish means to be able to see the difference between what you support and what you don’t support.

When you feel judged by others, it is good to go inside and see that you don’t have to accept their vision, and that you have the choice to choose the wanted thoughts about that specific subject. It is not because the majority of people say no to a specific subject that you have to agree with them, just because they are more in number. There is a great impact from the mass consciousness about several topics. In the book ‘money and the law of attraction, learning to attract wealth, health and happiness’ by Esther Hicks, an amazing book about creating the life of your dreams, it’s clearly explained that you need the contrast (things you want versus things you don’t want) to be able to choose for that which you want. It’s the same thing when you talk about judgement. When you feel or hear that people are judging you and you know that you are right in your beliefs, then it is really important to focus on that which you want, letting the judgement of others be the contrast, so you can know very well what it is you want.

I know this is not easy, but thought by thought, you can overcome this, because the Law of Attraction brings more beautiful thoughts and more beautiful feelings with more power and so on.

Don’t be angry with others when you feel judged, see it as contrast. You need to really know what it is you want. If it is painful that they don’t agree, you thereby know what it is you want, because the negative emotion guiding you is saying that you don’t agree with them and so you know it is the other way for you.

So here in Belgium, as it is Fall, we really can see in the outer world the letting go of old leaves. It is the ideal moment to let go of rusty old thought patterns and judgements, as it catylises the process in your inner world when you see it in the outside world. In the words of Marie Diamond, one of the great teachers of The Secret and well-known feng shui master: ”As within so without”

Have a wonderful month and let those ‘leaves’ fall down!

hahaha

Good luck!

I wish you and your family all the best,

Frank V.

LIVING my dreams

Popularity: 19% [?]

Recently having returned to my physical “place-in-space-and-time” where I currently reside, I find myself convinced more than EVER about the reality of “conscious creation”. I am also knowing that I shall be moving- physically.. to return to that incredible “vacation place”, as it is my true home. Nope, I am not yet “knowing” exactly HOW this will become reality, simply that it IS “going to BE” as this is what I am needing, to “BE” more fully “me”.

This world is just so full of mystery, miracles, and paradoxical happenings that sometimes when I get caught up in “thinking”, my head spins. *sigh* Since this happens as well, when I am in an intensive “feeling” state, I have gotten quite used to “hanging on” to things that help me to “stay grounded”.. so I don’t go ~poof~. :D

This latest adventure is JUST so incredibly amasing, and to be quite honest.. quite outside of those boundaries of what cautious people would EVER find themselves “actively DOing”. Thank goodness I am NOT “one of those individuals”! You see, I follow my OWN “heart and soul”, I do indeed listen quite intently and pay attention to that specific “something” that does connect and resound in the very centre of my “being”. When “it” happens- it feels exactly like that vibrational force of a beautifully ringing and humming of a Tibetan Singing Bowl. HAVE you ever felt this, dear reader(s)?? That specific instant when you realise that “this” is the moment of whatever truth you are needing to know- and it JUST “feels” so exquisitely, perfectly “good-AND-true” that you are knowing that it simply has to “BE”? *sigh* Yep. My “vacation” has turned out to have been an epiphany.

You see, I have been living quite an interesting (sorta, I suppose) life, and have also not known that I TRULY have been deluding myself. Most of my major decisions that I have made in the past have been (unselfishly, I thought) for o-t-h-e-r people. I do go about my daily life quite happily.. and genuinely WANT to help others to “find their “inner self”"- and simply “BE” joyous and HAPPY. I *LOVE* spreading those visible, glowing particles (to me, as I CAN see them) of positive energies, genuine kindness, compassion and encouragement to whomever I possibly can. It simply “feels” like something I was meant to “do” with my life, and?? I am. At the same time, I sheepishly admit, I have been sorta “baaaaad” about completing the “circle of caring and compassion”; and NOT willing to accept anything in return.

So. I am about to change this, in a HUGE way. Truly living means that there ARE risks involved, and perhaps I will “get scared” about those infinite “what- if’s” that may crop up. I have DEFINITELY been hearing from other people in the last few days, THEIR version of why I “should NOT” be even considering such a drastic change. BUT, you know what?? When all is said and done- THEY are definitely NOT “me”. I am knowing with every molecule of my physical “self” that I need to be “DOing” this… just for “me”. No other reason, just for the fact that I am knowing that I need to nourish and take care of my heart and soul, so that I am able to keep on with my purpose of helping “me-to-be-we”.

This “vacation-which-has-just-begun” has been an extraordinary experience, and I also found out something QUITE practical. As I do use my desktop, and the internet quite a bit.. I have a wide variety of passwords that I need to remember to “gain access” to certain sites. *sigh* I am ALSO quite forgetful, and depend upon my internet browser w-a-y too much. Since I am the only person using my computer, I figured it would be a grand idea (and a MUCH more efficient use of time!) to simply have it “remember” those various things for me. *sigh again* Turns out that it r-e-a-l-l-y wasn’t such a “great idea” after all. I do live “in-the-moment”, and as a result, have grabbed passwords that are SO random?? I couldn’t even figure them out!! *LOL* Whilst using my friend’s computer, I tried for HOURS to access my e-mail, and several other sites.. and then wisely decided that I simply needed to “let it go”- and enjoy my vacation, rather than waste my time with THAT particular “exercise in futility”. It did cause me to ponder for a while, though. How DO some people REMEMBER all of their various passwords?? I’ve tried writing them on those wonderful “Post-It” notes (I have a wall covered with 3 1/2″ neon squares!), but can never FIND the specific one I am needing at a given moment in time. AND- it’s not even like I have a plethora of passwords to remember, either. Ah well.

Time and life marches (waltzes?) on, as will I. Constantly changing, growing, experiencing- learning, pondering. I DO truly hope that YOU (dear reader!) are finding your own way of moving to whatever sounds you can hear from this magnificently humming “UNI~verse”. Please find your own path, and share yourself with others. It really IS important, in this grand scheme of humanity. People really ARE “paying attention” even if they aren’t actively letting you know. So, please let me say “Thank you” in every language.. because I do care. Ooohhh!! AND?? Yep. “Happy Sparkle Thoughts”, in the form of white billowing clouds- drifting across the sky.

SING your heart out

Popularity: 29% [?]

One’s computer is an extraordinarily powerful means to creating a change in the social consciousness of this world.

It was after I heard Annie Lennox’s song “SING” that I decided to simply use my computer to send her an encouraging message.

Then, I decided that since I have a bit of time and an extraordinary amount of kindness and compassion, I would try to reach as many people as I possibly could, around the world. Just to let them know that I truly DO care, and their existence matters to me.

I don’t have money yet to “change the world”, I do have purposeful intent, and an ability to type words. So, in these words that I type, “Happy Sparkle Thoughts” of positive energies and genuine kindness, hope, love, and unconditional acceptance are what I give to people.

With regards to the SING campaign, money is critical in being able to purchase life saving medications to prevent HIV/AIDS in unborn children, and medications DO greatly improve the quality of life for individuals afflicted with this virus. So does encouragement and compassion. Not only for those who have the illness, but also those individuals who tirelessly give of their very selves to help others.

Anyone who is fortunate enough to experience the luxury of having a computer, and internet access, truly CAN be making a positive difference in someone’s life. Intention is the key. Giving of one’s self, just because one CAN, is something anyone is able to do - and it is simply astounding the very REAL connections that can occur.

This wondrous universe makes a “humming” noise, one that I can hear very clearly. It may be the energies of other people’s thoughts and ideas, and perhaps their dreams. An endless fountain of water, with countless rainbows sparkling in the sun. THIS is the message of hope and inspiration I wish for others to ‘feel’, to view, and to simply BE inspired by.

I am no one special, but I DO have something to give, as do you. I am just a single drop of water in that fountain, as are you. Combined with other drops, WE can actively apply our different talents, and create even MORE positive change in this UNI~verse.
