Today was another beautiful day of what seems to be a very blessed week! Today I met up with Fred. Fred, I have come to know for a few months now. The first moment I met Fred, I saw someone passionate for his business and driven to succeed. Fred is specialised in Retail. If you want to know someone who is passionate about retail, who loves it, who dreams it: Fred is the man you need to meet!

The beauty of my job is that you can talk to people, look into their soul, share their innermost dreams and even be paid for doing so! What could anyone want more!

Fred is normally very focused and result oriented, but today we had a very surprising conversation! During the meeting with Fred, he suddenly asked me, ‘well Cris, how come that you do what you do? Being an engineer, this is normally not the job that you would end up with?’ I smiled and told him the story of how, some 6 years ago I decided to leave my pre-programmed path and go after my heart’s desire. Six years ago I had the courage to decide to turn my hobby into my work and ever since that moment I stopped working: I started practicing my hobby.

‘It shows’, Fred told me, that this is your passion. ‘It feels that you talk from your gut and that you live it’. I thanked him for the compliment. ‘You show passion as well’, I told him. And we started talking about him, how he loved retail and how he saw similarities with what I am doing. We both agreed that when you are into your passion, you are not into it for the money, it will not change your lifestyle, it is all about exploring and creating and challenging yourself if this too is possible. And so you live a life of ever increasing challenges, just for the fun of it.

I had never told Fred about the Cyres Café. People need to be ready, to get the right information. Today I felt it was the right time and so I told him about my creation, my passion and my heart that is Cyres café. He recognised a similar drive in himself and it was such beauty to see kindred energies! I told him that in one of the next phases of Cyres Café I would need someone who is top in retail, to advise in the next expansion. He smiled. He told me ‘Cris, if there is ever anything I can help you with, just give me a call, sharing my passion for retail is one of the most enjoyable things I like to do’.

We shaked hands, smiled towards each other, and while Fred got back to his retail business, I left the building, smiling inside and feeling blessed for the people I meet!

I have walked alone for a very long time, seeing a vision that no-one else saw and now, bit by bit I encounter and feel myself surrounded by people, all top players in their field, all re-inforcing my energy and creating a vibration that is a jewel to feel.

I am surrounded, more and more, by real players, not talkers, doers, who have proven their worth and who are put on my path to create something where top players in all fields come together. This is what my dream of Cyres Café is and I feel I am turning this dream into reality. Thank you God, for this blessed day!
