The video title, ‘One Minute Shift ♥ Everything Can Change in a CYRES Minute’, is a play on words and divine inspiration. From one of my favorite songs, Eagles ‘New York Minute’ and one of the lyric lines, “In a New York Minute Everything can change”. It’s a song about appreciating what you have.
This minute is ALL you have.

This song gives me thrill-bumps and soul-shivers … I play it often, to tune in to The Minute, the only time I have, and to Appreciate every second …
