Began with a briefing of The Vision (read on the right), including, the Cyres Cafe in Antwerp (C photo above) is to be the pilot, the prototype for this pioneering Cafe concept. We’re rolling with the pursuit of excellence and a new kind of shine. Cyres Cafe Antwerp becomes a vehicle for sharing a way of BEING. Cyres Life style.

Cyres Cafe is a private company so we will grow organically, and consciously, one Cafe at a time. A Chain of Conscious Co-Creation around the blue planet.

Cyres Cafe embodies joy, freedom, creativity, empowerment, … room to breathe, “I am in control of my life experience and I create reality in my own unique way”.

Food for the soul, that’s our goal.

Cyres Cafe creates like a restaurant, in other words, we have our own Cyres kitchen. We prefer to pivot away from strange additives, chemicals, stabilisers, preservatives, preparations, or any other fake food that people sneak into real food when they think you’re not awake. Cyres food will read like a kitchen, not a laboratory! A farm not a factory! Cyres food is real food, that sits superbly next to food for thought. Feel good food, naturally!

Wildly heartfelt, we talked about aspects of quality and simplicity coming alive and expanding in The Cafe of Dreams.

We talked from our tummy! With gut instinct. From the seat of the soul, we discussed the ‘food for a funky venue’ …

All food will be beautifully simple, fabulous, freshly prepared and fast to serve.

Ooo olives, fresh, firm, fruity, flavorfull. As purists we prefer and are passionate about plump wholeness and purity of flavor. Satisfaction Now!

First class, 5 star Sandwiches. Organic bread bursting with freshness, finest parma ham, slices of scrummy mmmmmmmozzarella, colorful roasted vegetables, goat’s cheese (please!), … a menu of high quality and local specialities, celebrating and supporting fresh, local ingredients. Hearty and Wholesome.

I may even churn the butter myself!

The art and ceremony of great coffee and tea.

Vitality drinks, high vibration waters, tasty juices and smoothies. Pure and fresh. Superfoods!

Beautiful beers, spirits, fine champagne, wonderful wines, for those who prefer fruit from another angle!

The Cafe environment is naturally alive with fresh flowers and herbs. We will grow herbs in our garden area.
