Remember to have the time of your life

This video is.. WELL worth “one’s time”.
Several things REALLY struck me. The first one being that.. I actually wrote about this very topic in my blog a while ago. Truly. Perhaps I am a little more cognizant of “time”, as I have my own issues with health- and as a result, I always weigh very carefully those things which are important to me (or those people who are impacted by my choices). Secondly? Well… “Happy Sparkle Thoughts” of…? FUN!!! Yep. Those who “know” me, and know me WELL- can have me help them.. simply by phrasing a request.. “Oh, it will be.. fun!”. No matter what it is (Digging for fish worms? Changing a car’s tire? Got a plugged toilet?)- if you have given me the idea that helping you to solve some problem, or complete a task “will be fun”; I guarantee that.. it will be. Why? Well, it’s pretty simple. The third statement that Randy Pausch made was: “Dreams CAN be our reality.”. Yes. They CAN.. and ARE- if you choose them to be.
I simply love wandering through this place- “tasting” those splendid “food-for-thought” delights. I always find something. Inspiration, information, hope, joy.. friendship. It is all here. Thank you SO much.

Randy has really given me a new way to look at life. We keep hearing the cliches throughout our lives.
“It’s not the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away.”
“Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.”
All of the cliches that help us figure life out before it’s too late. Then, a guy like Randy comes along and brings them all to life. An example of how we all should face our death, but looking back on how great of a life we had.
