I am DEFINITELY appreciating the weather where I am. Estou DEFINITIVA apreciando o clima onde eu estou. NICE sunshiny day- a plethora of various bird species happily trilling their songs into the universe. NICE dia-la uma pletora de diferentes espécies de aves felizmente trilling suas canções para o universo. Life is wonderful. A vida é maravilhosa. I was kind of “stressed” at this time yesterday, though. Eu era do tipo "sublinhou" a esta hora ontem, no entanto.

Sometimes, creativity and inspiration arises out of the MOST curious ponderings and musings that my particular “train of thought” travels. Às vezes, a criatividade ea inspiração vem na sequência das mais curiosas ponderings e musings que o meu particular "trem de pensamento" viaja. I was “thinking” so desperately because I needed to magically come up with an art activity for the kids that attend my program. At times it can be quite challenging to have a project that all age levels will find interesting.. In this mix are boys and girls ranging in age from 5- 12.. Neste mix são rapazes e raparigas em idade variando de 5 - 12 .. and they are SO varied with particular interests, abilities.. e eles são tão variada, com particular interesse, habilidades .. and attention- span. - espaço e atenção. While pondering what sort of project I could possibly magically create, I was also reminiscing about.. Embora pensando que tipo de projeto I, poderia eventualmente criar magicamente, eu era também reminiscing cerca .. how I managed to burn popcorn in the microwave- yet another attempt at multi- tasking gone awry. como eu consegui queimar pipoca no microondas-mais uma tentativa de multi-tarefa ido awry. DID you know that if.. Sabia que se .. you press the “pre- set programmed times” on the microwave, it.. você pressionar o "pré-estabelecido programado vezes" sobre o microondas, é .. umm.. Umm .. doubles the cooking time?? duplica o tempo para cozinhar? Yeah, I knew that- but in my haste.. Sim, mas eu sabia que-na minha pressa .. sorta forgot. sorta esqueci. Heh.

*cough! * tosse! cough!* Do you, dear reader(s) KNOW how horrible burnt popcorn smells?? tosse! * Você, caro leitor (s) sabem como horrível pipoca queimada cheira? Yes, indeed. Sim, de facto. Quite nasty, noxious.. Bastante desagradável, nocivas .. and pretty hard to remove from the air. e bem difícil de se retirar do ar. WELL. Bem. Being the sort of person that I am, I was thinking of HOW I could possibly manage to at least get the smell out of the microwave.. Sendo o tipo de pessoa que eu sou, eu estava pensando em como eu poderia eventualmente gerir a, pelo menos, tirar o cheiro das microondas .. and looked around my kitchen to “see” what I could do. e olhou em torno de minha cozinha para "ver" o que eu podia fazer. Hmmm.. Hmmm .. I wonder what would happen if I… took those wet coffee grounds, left over from this morning’s coffee- put them (filter and all) upon a plate.. Pergunto-me o que aconteceria se eu… tomou café molhado esses motivos, deixado por este café da manhã-pô-los (filtro e tudo) sobre uma placa .. and “nuked them” for 2 minutes?? e "nuked-los" para a 2 minutos? It sure couldn’t be any worse of a smell than what’s already lurking in there- and I actually LIKE the scent of coffee. É certo não podia ser qualquer um cheiro de pior do que o que está em rondam já existe-e eu realmente gosto de aroma de café. So?? Então? Yep- I gave it a try. Yep-I deu-lhe uma hipótese. Guess what??? Adivinhe? It WORKED!! Funcionou! It actually took the smell of burnt popcorn out of the microwave AND the air!! É realmente tomou o cheiro de pipoca queimada fora de microondas eo ar! WooHoo! Woohoo! *LOL* Huh. LOL * * Huh. I wonder if Martha Stewart is knowing of this handy little trick. Pergunto-me se Martha Stewart é saber desta pequenos truques. Aaahh.. Aaahh .. she probably never burns anything- so she’d never need to be using it. ela provavelmente nunca queimaduras alguma coisa-, para que ela nunca tinha necessidade de ser utilizá-lo.

This line of thinking caused me to ponder the qualities of.. Essa linha de pensamento causou-me a ponderar as suas qualidades de .. the coffee filter. o café filtro. Hmm.. Hmm .. I wonder if it would be a great way to use those nice watercolours that were recently donated to my program?? Pergunto-me se não seria uma ótima maneira de usar esses nice aguarelas que recentemente foram doados para o meu programa? Hmmm.. Hmmm .. AND- what could I have the kids MAKE with.. E eu tenho-o que poderia fazer com os miúdos .. painted coffee filters??? pintados café filtros? Aha!! Aha! Yes, since I JUST had them all do a “unit” about the life cycle of a butterfly- we can make BUTTERFLIES!! Sim, porque eu só tinha fazê-los todos de uma "unidade" sobre o ciclo de vida de uma borboleta-nós podemos fazer borboletas! Sooo.. Sooo .. I scrambled around, trying to find as many clothespins as I could- to use as the “body” that would hold the scrunched coffee filter in place. Eu embaralhada redor, tentando encontrar o maior número prendedores como eu poderia-como a utilização do "corpo" que iria realizar o scrunched café filtro no lugar. NICE. I had exactly 15 clothespins. Eu tinha exactamente 15 prendedores. Funny how the seemingly random elements of this universe sometimes do work in one’s favour. Funny aparentemente aleatória a forma como os elementos deste universo às vezes fazer um trabalho em prol's. Because?? Porque? Yep- I ended up having 14 kids attend yesterday! Yep-I acabou por ter 14 miúdos assistir ontem! You might be wondering what, exactly, I did with that extra clothespin, perhaps? Você pode estar se perguntando o que, exatamente, eu fiz com que roupa extra, talvez? No worries. Não se preocupe. It was the sample butterfly! Foi a amostra borboleta!

So. Assim. Without further delay- I am proud to present you, dear reader(s), with the creative talents of “my kids”. Sem mais demora-Estou orgulhoso de apresentar-lhe, caro leitor (s), com o talento criativo de "meus filhos". Umm.. Umm .. some of the butterflies were too anxious to “make their way into the universe”- so did not waste any time drying overnight in the classroom! algumas das borboletas eram demasiado ansiosos para "tornar o Universo em seu caminho" - portanto, não perder tempo secagem overnight em sala de aula! *LOL* I took the picture this morning, because.. LOL * * Tirei a foto, esta manhã, porque .. sometimes I have “random ponderings”, bursts of creativity- but don’t always manage to capture the moments on film. às vezes tenho "aleatória ponderings", rajadas de criatividade-mas nem sempre conseguem captar os momentos em filme. Heh. Thankfully, some of the kids wanted their creations to be thoroughly dry before “taking flight” to their homes. Felizmente, algumas das suas criações para miúdos queriam ser completamente seca antes de "tomar vôo" para suas casas.

Você pode sempre olhar para cima "coisas" na Internet, você sabe! ". *blushing* Sheesh.. * * Sheesh qualquer pejo .. how on EARTH did I manage to raise SUCH perfectly BRILLIANT children??? como eu fiz na Terra gerir a levantar essa perfeitamente BRILLIANT crianças? Heh. And here I thought I was having an original idea?? E aqui eu pensei que estava a ter uma ideia original? JUST goes to prove that.. JUST vai para provar que .. there are “recycled” thoughts and ideas floating around in this universe as well. há "reciclados" pensamentos e idéias flutuando em torno deste universo tão bem.
