I have started my Journal of gratitude in which I write as often as possible what I am grateful for.我已開始我的雜誌感謝在我寫盡可能經常什麼我很感謝。 That is amazing that you can be grateful for literally everything that happens to you.這是令人驚訝，你可以感謝字面上的一切情況給您。 There is always something positive, a grain of opportunity in any circumstances.總有一些積極的，糧食的機會，在任何情況下。 I came back to all these difficult moments in my life – the death of my parents when I was 10, splitting with my fiancé after 10 years of relationship, being forced to change a job – and I saw that I was blessed experiencing them, that they helped me grow, change my attitude, move to the different direction and become a better, stronger person.我回來向所有這些困難的時刻在我的生命-死亡的我的父母，當我1 0，分裂與我的未婚夫， 1 0年後的關係，被迫改變工作-我看到我的祝福經歷了他們，他們幫助我成長，改變我的態度，移動到不同的方向，並成為一個更好，更強的人。
