Usually I walk to work. This morning my dear Husband gently insisted that he take me in the car as the wind was mighty strong.
Much as I enjoy the walk, I didn’t hesitate to accept.
I could see from the window view that I would be buffeted and blown by the wind. I could also hear that sighing sound that accompanies such a wind.
As we drove along, I noticed pieces of wood and vegetation were strewn about.
A large sign had blown off the front of a shop and was broken in pieces on the pavement.
Sometimes life’s journey seems a bit like a strong wind.
Pushing and shoving.
Sometimes blowing me where I want to go.
Sometimes holding me still and blowing me a little off the path.
Particular roads are more prone to gusts of wind, and not wanting to look too bedraggled when I reach work, I usually alter my route slightly in the hope of a better path.
Do we hold to our paths through life?
Do we go with the flow and alter our route?
Is our path changeable anyway?
Are the best paths according to our own perception?
I’m like my Daughter, I have many MANY questions! And, like Jane, I know, I am always on my path, and the answers are in that quiet place within, where all is still.

I always smell the coffee more than once! Sue planted this beautiful comment today and its uplifting quality is worthy of more attention, and moments of basking, so I’m planting it forward again here, mmmmmmm…
We find that which we are looking for.. that “thing” which our heart and soul is needing at a particular “moment in time”. I make the journey into this place- the CYRES Caring Cafe- every morning. Loving to read.. loving to take in the inspiration and hope- the magic of this world; those thoughts and images so amazingly “painted” and wound into strands of song that my heart is hearing. Each and every person is a teacher, even though they may not be knowing this is true. You see, a true teacher can use a seemingly random “real life experience” to help an individual “relate”. THEN.. they manage to hold this magical, seemingly mundane event up to the sky.. to bring it up to the nurturing sun, gentle wind.. warm sprinkles of rain- so that it may grow even more beautiful.
Hopefully, this, then, will “be planted into our consciousness.. this beautiful happening- this gentle soul- will now be a “part of me”.. I can hear his music now. For.. this is exactly what I was needing. I did ask a question that was one I was wanting answered, earlier today. For those who may not believe in the mysteries and positive energies in this universe? For those who are still seeking answers? Hmm.. I shall strongly encourage those individuals to simply.. “BE”.. to take a chance.. to extend yourself beyond that which you merely “see” with your eyes- and go to where your heart and soul feel is “good and true”.
I live my life with.. ALL of “that which I am”.. and magical things happen around me. Those things which cannot be explained.. such as- the gift of a rainbow unicorn.. and a question tossed out into the universe. These things (the obvious happiness with which my gift was received!) in return, cause “me” even MORE happiness.. thusly.. more “Happy Sparkle Thoughts” are generated.. and showered upon this universe.
