Is there a simple recipe for your mental detox? Existe uma receita simples para sua desintoxicação mental? Is it easy to let go of negative emotions? É fácil deixar de ir as emoções negativas? It is not but it is something that can be achieved. Não é, mas é algo que pode ser alcançado.

Let me tell you a little something that’s not far from a quantum minestrone, or at least it did feel like it since I had a great mix of all sorts of feelings. Deixem-me dizer-lhe um pouco de algo que não está longe de um quantum minestrone, ou pelo menos o fez sentir como se eu tivesse dado um grande mistura de todos os tipos de sentimentos.

What would you choose for a light summer dish? O que você optar por um prato light verão? Perhaps you would prefer some really light and tasty oysters? Talvez você preferiria realmente alguma luz e saborosas ostras? Perhaps with a glass of champagne? Talvez com uma taça de champanhe?

Get comfy and imagine that that’s what I’m serving now? Get confortáveis e imaginar que isso é o que eu estou servindo agora? Take as much as you like and serve yourself. Tome o quanto quiser e servir-se. The customer here is ALWAYS king/queen and ALWAYS right. O cliente aqui é SEMPRE rei / rainha e SEMPRE direita.

Is your anti-self out there to get you? É o seu anti-auto lá fora para você? Is it at war with you? Está em guerra com você? Is it partially already annihilating you? Ele já está parcialmente annihilating você? If you discover that you are not fully allowing yourself to be the true you, then it is most likely the case. Se você descobrir que você não está plenamente permitindo-se a ser o verdadeiro você, em seguida, o motivo mais provável é o caso. Stephen Hawking in his book “A brief history of time”, gives the fantastic counsel to not shake hands if you ever meet your anti-self because it could annihilate you.
