Is there a simple recipe for your mental detox? C'è una semplice ricetta per il tuo detox mentale? Is it easy to let go of negative emotions? È facile lasciar andare le emozioni negative? It is not but it is something that can be achieved. Non è, ma è qualcosa che può essere raggiunto.

Let me tell you a little something that’s not far from a quantum minestrone, or at least it did feel like it since I had a great mix of all sorts of feelings. Permettetemi di dirvi un po 'di qualcosa che non è lontano da un quantum minestrone, o almeno ha fatto sentire come quando ho avuto un ottimo mix di tutti i tipi di sentimenti.

What would you choose for a light summer dish? Che cosa hai scelto per una luce estate piatto? Perhaps you would prefer some really light and tasty oysters? Forse lei preferirebbe luce alcuni davvero gustoso e ostriche? Perhaps with a glass of champagne? Forse con un bicchiere di champagne?

Get comfy and imagine that that’s what I’m serving now? Ottieni comodi e immaginare che questo è ciò che mi serve ora? Take as much as you like and serve yourself. Prendere quanto più ti piace e servire te. The customer here is ALWAYS king/queen and ALWAYS right. Il cliente è SEMPRE re / regina e SEMPRE destra.

Is your anti-self out there to get you? È il suo anti-auto per arrivare là fuori? Is it at war with you? È in guerra con te? Is it partially already annihilating you? È in parte già annihilating voi? If you discover that you are not fully allowing yourself to be the true you, then it is most likely the case. Se scopri che non sei completamente permettendo ad essere il vero si, allora è molto probabile che sia il caso. Stephen Hawking in his book “A brief history of time”, gives the fantastic counsel to not shake hands if you ever meet your anti-self because it could annihilate you. Stephen Hawking, nel suo libro "Una breve storia del tempo", ha pronunciato la fantastica consiglio di non stringere la mano se avete mai soddisfare le vostre anti-sé, perché si possono sterminare. The truth is, all thought that goes against your own self-worth, all ideas that you carry around for too long that limit you in your achievements, all reasonings that hold some of this anti-self in its essence are the beginnings of such self-annihilation of what otherwise would manifest in an unstoppable process of constant expansion and unlimited creation. La verità è che tutti pensavano che va contro il proprio auto-valore, tutte le idee che si portano in giro per troppo tempo che hai nel tuo limite di successi, tutti i ragionamenti che detengono alcuni di questo anti-sé nella sua essenza sono le origini di tali auto - Annientamento di ciò che altrimenti sarebbe manifestato in un inarrestabile processo di costante espansione e un numero illimitato di creazione.
