Υπάρχει μια απλή συνταγή για το διανοητικό detox σας; Είναι εύκολο να παρατήσει των αρνητικών συγκινήσεων; Δεν είναι αλλά είναι κάτι που μπορεί να επιτευχθεί.

Με επιτρέψτε να σας πω λίγο κάτι που δεν είναι μακριά από ένα κβαντικό minestrone, ή τουλάχιστον αισθάνθηκε όπως το δεδομένου ότι είχα ένα μεγάλο μίγμα όλων των ειδών των συναισθημάτων.

Τι θα επιλέγατε για ένα ελαφρύ θερινό πιάτο; Ίσως θα προτιμούσατε μερικά πραγματικά ελαφριά και νόστιμα στρείδια; Ίσως με ένα ποτήρι της σαμπάνιας;

Πάρτε comfy και φανταστείτε ότι αυτός είναι αυτό που εξυπηρετώ τώρα; Πάρτε τόσο πολύ όπως συμπαθείτε και εξυπηρετείστε. Ο πελάτης είναι εδώ ΠΑΝΤΑ βασιλιάς/βασίλισσα και ΠΑΝΤΑ δεξιά.

Αυτό δεν είναι η περίπτωση σε ΟΛΑ τα cafés ή τα εστιατόρια. (περισσότεροι…)

Is your anti-self out there to get you? Is it at war with you? Is it partially already annihilating you? If you discover that you are not fully allowing yourself to be the true you, then it is most likely the case. Stephen Hawking in his book “A brief history of time”, gives the fantastic counsel to not shake hands if you ever meet your anti-self because it could annihilate you. The truth is, all thought that goes against your own self-worth, all ideas that you carry around for too long that limit you in your achievements, all reasonings that hold some of this anti-self in its essence are the beginnings of such self-annihilation of what otherwise would manifest in an unstoppable process of constant expansion and unlimited creation.
