Is there a simple recipe for your mental detox? هل هناك وصفة بسيطة لجهودكم العقليه detox؟ Is it easy to let go of negative emotions? هل من السهل اسمحوا الذهاب من العواطف السلبيه؟ It is not but it is something that can be achieved. انها ليست ولكنه أمر لا يمكن تحقيقه.

Let me tell you a little something that’s not far from a quantum minestrone, or at least it did feel like it since I had a great mix of all sorts of feelings. دعني أقول لك شيئا قليلا ان ليست بعيدة عن كمية الشوربه ، او على الاقل انها لم تشعر مثله منذ كان لي عظيم مزيج من كل انواع المشاعر.

What would you choose for a light summer dish? ما من شأنه ان تختارها لضوء صحن الصيف؟ Perhaps you would prefer some really light and tasty oysters? ربما كنت تفضل بعض حقا الخفيفه وtasty المحار؟ Perhaps with a glass of champagne? ربما مع زجاجة من الشمبانيا؟

Get comfy and imagine that that’s what I’m serving now? احصل على comfy وأتصور ان هذا هو ما أنا يخدمون الآن؟ Take as much as you like and serve yourself. يأخذ قدر ما تريد وتخدم نفسك. The customer here is ALWAYS king/queen and ALWAYS right. الزبون دائما هنا هو الملك / الملكه ودائما الحق.

Is your anti-self out there to get you? عليك المضاده الذاتية الى هناك لأحصل لك؟ Is it at war with you? هل هي في حالة حرب معكم؟ Is it partially already annihilating you? هل هي جزئية بالفعل الفتك بك؟ If you discover that you are not fully allowing yourself to be the true you, then it is most likely the case. اذا كنت أكتشف ان انت لست تماما السماح لنفسك ان تكون الحقيقي لكم ، فمن الأرجح ان الامر كذلك. Stephen Hawking in his book “A brief history of time”, gives the fantastic counsel to not shake hands if you ever meet your anti-self because it could annihilate you. ستيفن هوكينغ في كتابه "موجز تأريخ الزمن" ، ويعطى المحامي رائع ليست المصافحه اذا كنت من اي وقت مضى تلبية المضاده الذاتية الخاصة بك لانها يمكن ان تفنى لكم. The truth is, all thought that goes against your own self-worth, all ideas that you carry around for too long that limit you in your achievements, all reasonings that hold some of this anti-self in its essence are the beginnings of such self-annihilation of what otherwise would manifest in an unstoppable process of constant expansion and unlimited creation. والحقيقة هي ، ان كل فكر بنفسك يتعارض مع احترام الذات ، إن جميع الأفكار حول لكم حمل لفترة طويلة جدا ان تحد لكم في انجازاتكم ، جميع تفكر ان عقد بعض هذه المضاده الذاتية في جوهرها هي بدايات مثل هذه الذاتية - الفناء من شأنه إظهار خلاف ما في وقفه عملية التوسع المستمر وغير المحدود خلق.
